At Daniel's Personal Training, there are group rates that are budget friendly plus everyone I've worked out with in the groups so far have been great & make working out a lot more fun & motivating. Don't be intimidated, I've worked out with people of all ages & training levels in the groups. I think Coach usually tries to pair groups of similar training levels. Don't worry if you have zero gym experience! Workouts are different every session. The gym has a bunch of different machines that we rotate between. You can tell Coach what areas you'd like to focus on if any, & he will adjust exercises accordingly. If you're looking to slim down or just kickstart your healthy diet, ask Coach Daniel about his meal plan recommendations. I got on his recommended meal plan for 10 days in addition to working out with him & saw the fat just come off...the hard part is getting myself to the gym to workout with him but once I make myself go, no regrets. Most of us know how expensive they can be but I have to say I am sooooo glad I met Abby! She is soo affordable and an amazing trainer. Shes young, shes has a degree in what she does and the best part is she comes to your home gym and works with you around your schedule. Every work out with Abby seems soo different, she will never repeat the same workout with you and every week she focuses on something different. The first time I called Abby up, I was hesistant, and her first session is free, where she does a work out with you to see where you stand, she talks to you about your goals and what you are trying to achieve and once you sign up with her, she actually takes your measurements and body fat and then keeps a record to see how much progress you have made over a certain period of time... She even sat me down and spoke to me about my nutrition and my eating habits, shes not just a personal trainer, but shes is someone who really does care about her clients :) I know I am on the right part especially now that I work out every day on my own as well as work out with Abby once a week and it does not feel like a chore but just part of my daily routine :D

When I started at Formula Crossfit, I was in the worst shape of my life. I had been suffering from…read moreposterior tibial tendon dysfunction and was unable to run, or even walk short distances without pain. I could not balance on one foot for more than a second or two. I had gone to a doctor who told me that I would never be able to run again and that my condition was irreversible and at this point I had to deal with pain management. I was a healthy 29 year old woman who wanted to enjoy an active lifestyle so his diagnosis was devastating. Then Graham introduced me to CrossFit! He assured me he would get me back on my feet again and he did! Within months my balance had improved dramatically and I was gaining muscle definition I never thought possible in my life as a distance runner and cardio enthusiast. Not only was my tibial tendon getting better, but I was getting stronger in every way possible and on top of that was loving every minute of it. I have never found another workout regimen that has kept me as interested and excited as CrossFit has. I have made some great friends throughout my training and in March of this year, less than 10 months after my disappointing diagnosis, I ran in the Spartan Race with a team from Formula CrossFit. I was able to run 5 miles and complete 15 obstacles (including the monkey bars! I haven't been able to do the monkey bars since grade school!) all with no pain! I never could have done it without Graham! He is an extremely knowledgeable coach who finds a way to work with every one of his clients individual needs to reach their full potential. He somehow knows your limits and is able to push you to them He is a patient teacher and an encouraging coach. I have been traveling to North Druid Hills for Graham's training 3 times a week for the past year, and I am SO excited to finally have him right here in Norcross, so close to home!

Because of her expertise, I am back to walking three miles a day. I am a 65 years old woman so weight training is essential to avoid osteoporosis. I have been training with Level Up for a year. I went for a body density test and my doctor was shocked that my score improved from the previous year. She said it was due to weight training. Their gym offers state of art equipment plus an indoor soccer field. Erin, a former college soccer athlete, also coaches many of the elite youth players in the area. However since COVID, I set up my basement with a few essential pieces of equipment and a few repurposed items that help me in my workout routine. Now I go downstairs on those mornings, Chris promptly calls through Facebook Live. We then have an efficient workout without leaving my home. Chris Taylor's the workouts to your needs as well as what your body might be telling you. All and all, I need a trainer on my side for accountability and Chris certainly makes me accountable.
