Refund to the buyers at least ninety percent (90%) of the pro rata cost of any unused services, within 30 days after request thereof if: B. The buyer relocates more than eight (8) miles from his present location, and more than thirty (30) miles from the sellers facility... 3. Refund to the buyer pro rata cost of any unused services under all contracts between the parties, within 30 days after request thereof.... Workout Anytime in Greensboro is a great gym! I really like how home-y it feels and how much the staff really cares about you. I've been going here for about 8 months and the staff always pushes me to go harder in my workouts and meet my goals. You probably won't find a gym in the area that engages with you as much as this one. I like that they offer personal training as well as services like hydro massage beds and tanning beds, which really make the memberships worth the money. I also haven't come across another gym to have a Styku 3D body scanning machine like this one does. I've been comparing my scans monthly to track my progress and it's a great way to keep me motivated to keep coming back! If you don't go here, you should!!! read more

I am very disappointed with this company/gym. I joined right before all the covid-19 lockdowns and currently North Carolina gyms are to remain closed until restrictions are lifted for fitness facilities. HOWEVER just because woa can open doors for tanning I have seen (driving by) and know many friends who are currently workout in the woa facility. When reaching out on social media about this you a response not necessarily denying it but instead they tell you to call your gym to find out. I am someone who has health problems so I am still trying to practice social distancing as much as possible but I absolutely do not agree with this company going against government decisions. I know that this gym is a franchise company however I assume you guys are still held to the standards of the corporate so I will be reaching out to any many people as I can (woa corporate, & friends who ask about the gym) It's sad. This gym is not clean enough to be open during this coronavirus breakout. Trust me as a member, I know y'all may "clean" but I swear the gym only gets cleaned when someone complains about how dirty it is. The staff doesn't care.....they care more about talking to their friends and working out than keeping this place good for members. I honestly don't even know how you guys can even keep your doors open with the restrictions bc if the virus right now. I guess we know whats more important to Kevin and WOA, that money, getting new members and being the only gym in the area to stay open seems it's is always put first over the safety of members and staff. This is a great, if no frills, gym. It was only 49.95 to join and 15.00 a month--with no commitment or contract! Another 10 dollars also gets you access to unlimited tanning and hydro massage beds. Gym is open and available 24/7, 365 and has a pretty good selection of equipment--only thing I'd really like to see added is a tread climber. The locker rooms and shower have been clean and orderly each time I've gone. I also like the added touch--one EVERY 24/7 gym should have--that there are 911 panic buttons located in both the locker rooms and gym. I'm a pretty big guy, but I can certainly understand why a female would be reticent to work out at 2am alone without this nice added feature. read more

The gym is pretty small and membership has started to pick up. That's great for the owners, but not so great when you want to work out without smelling somebody's musty armpits on the machine that's crammed in next to you. It's about what you would expect for the price and not dealing with a contract. You get a key card if you want to work out when the gym isn't staffed. That's great when you want to squeeze a workout in before work or on a holiday. Parking had never been great in that shopping center, but it's particularly bad during peak hours. You'll sometimes have to park around back which doesn't feel especially safe at night. read more

My husband called, and instead of actually canceling our membership like we TOLD them to, they took it upon themselves to put our account on "hold", and when that ran out, we were charged all kinds of extra costs!!! It wasn't too bad at first they just wanted to see if I wanted to set up an appointment to get training, I did not but said that I would probably be in to check out the facility sometime within the next two weeks. I have really enjoyed my experience at this gym. I've been a member for two years. They have a great selection of equipment (weights and machines), and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The price can't be beat for what they offer. It is a smaller gym, which on the positive side makes it feel private, but when things get busy (sometimes around 8am, lunchtime, and 5pm-7pm) it can feel a little crowded. Canceling your membership here is a nightmare! The gym itself is fine and affordable. But the customer service here is inexcusable. The only way to cancel your membership is to physically mail them a paper with your personal info to some sketchy P.O. Box. I tried getting a hold of their corporate office and there is no way to get a hold of an actual person. They make every effort imaginable to impede you from cancelling your membership and that is not acceptable. This is not the proper way to run a business. You get what you pay for here. The good: they are open all the time! If you have insomnia, you can workout at 3am. If it's a Holiday, they will be open. They have the basic weights and machines for basic workouts. Nice selection of treadmills, ellipticals and a couple of bikes. And of course, the price is right. The bad: The clientele is less than desirable. It's often Straight Outta Compton, which means you have to put up with people yelling on their cell phones (they are unable to just "talk"). There are also a large percentage of posers and wannabes which brings loud grunting, breathing, and not putting their weights back. More than once, I've taken a shower there when the power was out at home. That's the good news. The bad is that when I last checked, the shower was full of mold and mildew. Still, in a power outage, it's better than nothing. It's often very hot in the gym (the AC may be broken) and the music makes me want to stick an ice pick in my eye. More than once, the youngest person working out is over 50 and yet they are playing 90s music. One would wish they would change the playlist around based on who is in there (or at least just change it sometime) but apparently it's unchangeable. Bring your ipod! Note that there is a signup fee and annual renewal fee. If you want no frills on the cheap, then try Planet Fitness and Workout Anytime and choose whichever one you like best. read more

would give 0 stars if possible. called to cancel my membership that was "month to month" since i moved 2 hours away. was told that the only way to cancel was coming into that location. i accepted that and waited a few months until i could make the trip. i drive two hours and am told the only way to cancel is MAILING in a reason for my cancellation that had to be sent via certified mail. in the year 2017 i was told i had to write a letter and mail it in to cancel. i DO NOT RECCOMEND this OUTDATED establishment. read more
