I'm talking straight from the parking lot into the gym. No shoes, no socks, just ten toes down on every surface imaginable. It's giving Tarzan does leg day. And the wild part? She walks right past staff like it's totally normal. Meanwhile, I'm over here dodging invisible germs like it's a cardio warmup. Crunch Outer Loop, I say this with love this ain't a yoga retreat in Bali. It's a gym. Where people sweat. Please address this before someone catches athlete's foot just from making eye contact with the floor. Do better. For the sake of our soles (and souls).

I do not want your "we'll look into it" response that you give to everyone with no sign of change. Either you genuinely take this seriously by updating your policy and re-training your staff, or do nothing at all and let your gym rot. I made this exact review on Google Reviews but for some reason the company thinks its spam, so I'll try my luck here. This gym is a mess. Almost nobody re-racks their weights. All of the dumbbells are not in their proper spot; all the plates, both olympic and rubber coated, dumbbells and kettlebells are scattered everywhere... I mean everywhere. Sometimes the dumbbells are upstairs. Most of the barbells and leg press machines are not re-racked. This gym has no etiquette whatsoever on a daily basis. Also, we're apparently mandated to connect our bank accounts to workout here. No other gym does this except for this one. (and I guess all other Crunch gyms) I don't know what Crunch wants out of us when they allow this unracked atrocity while mandating that they garner access to our sensitive information. No thank you. Reading all of these reviews and recognizing that this has been an issue for years shows that this gym never should have been opened to business in the first place. At least... not in this location with the current managers and employees. This gym is a case of inmates running the asylum by carelessly wrecking the gym with no sign of responsibility toward both members and staff. Update your policy, kick all the vandals out of your gym and re-train your staff!!! Once you do, watch your gym improve. You may lose a lot of people in this gym, but you will also be looking for your target audience; those that actually care about fitness and the place itself. (Oh, and don't worry about losing money. You have hidden fees and annual fees covering you anyways) When you do that, those that come in for the first time will have a stronger impression of the gym than what I and many others received these past few years, and they'll also follow in the footsteps of those who follow gym etiquette for the first time or from non-Crunch gyms and these updated policies. Do that, or ignore our complaints and treat me and the rest like a failed customer rather than an intelligent human being. I predict the second one will happen.

When I stated that I was unaware of this substantial fee, he responded, "You should know to read the fine print, and it's not our problem if you didn't." This response was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He then put me on hold and then returned to inform me that he had canceled my membership. I never asked for my membership to be canceled, I was simply seeking clarification regarding a charge. When I questioned this action, he was dismissive and refused to apologize. I then requested to speak with a manager. Instead of properly transferring me, he placed me on hold and slammed down the phone. I then spoke with a manager named Morgan, who failed to acknowledge the inappropriate conduct, my frustration, or the wrongful cancellation of my membership. Rather than addressing the issue, I was spoken down to and told I should be more responsible about reading fine print. While that may be true, I refuse to take part in a company that treats their customers this way. I'd stay away.

They are perfect, they are very limited with their strength training equipment but you can always make due. The staff is incredibly friendly and very very helpful, they tend to stay busy keeping the place running and clean which is nice. I like the Planet Fitness atmosphere though I can definitely understand why most don't like it, especially serious strength trainers. If you have the dedication and consistency you can make anything work though and I'm a firm believer that hard work pays off big time. I'll probably continue to come here through the years and as I make my way back into the fitness world.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with their mat space for their Muay Thai classes and Jiu Jitsu classes. There's a waiting area with chairs, restroom, changing room, and lockers. The instruction was great and the guys/girls in the gym were tough and had good vibes. You'll get good high level rolls, but still friendly vibes during and after. I would recommend this gym to any of my friends visiting the area.
