From what I personally observed, employees were often spoken to in ways that seemed disrespectful and unprofessional. I watched young employees become stressed and upset, and I noticed several new employees disappear after only a short time. That gave me the impression that the workplace has a high turnover and isn't a positive environment. It also appeared that some employees were treated differently than others. As a customer, I also felt like the main priority was making money. The prices are very expensive, and calling it a "wellness" salon feels misleading to me. Other than red light therapy, it mostly seemed like a regular tanning salon with premium pricing. I've also had interactions with employees who came across as rude, which only added to the negative experience. I'd rather support businesses that value both their employees and their customers. The prices were much higher for the same equipment, and the customer service just wasn't the same. That's what led me to start coming to the Ola location, and I'm so glad I did even for a further drive. From the moment you walk in, the staff is genuinely welcoming and kind!! The staff and owners take the time to get to know their customers making every visit feel personal instead of rushed.... They never make you feel pressured to buy anything they simply educate you on the different beds, lotions, and memberships so you can choose what works best for you. The salon is always clean, organized, and efficient. I'm consistently in and out without long wait times, which I really love the most. They recently updated their membership options, and they're an incredible. I also love their selection of lotions and the membership discounts they offer. You also DO NOT receive a pay stub even when you request one!! The female owner degrades and curses out employees for things out of their control. Such as Tanning beds messing up, Computer or Wifi issues, etc. There is no promotion system by any means. I was told upon hire that I would get a raise within 3 months. After 3 months , I was then informed that a promotion happens after a year. For $8.00. You will most definitely do things NOT in your job description. The worst part of all is the owners and manager who treat you and speak to you with no regard to your emotions.

I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. Out of all of the Workout Anytime's, this is by far the worst. I'm a gym rat, and in the last 27yrs of going to the gym, this is the worst. First of all, as you walk in, look around. Notice that some machines are out of service. They will be like that for a long time. It will mess with your workout routine. Second of all, gym trainers will interrupt your workout to accomplish what they want. I.e. you just did some machine bicep curls. If you turn around and look back again, there might be someone else working out there. Third, what they call music is just loud noise. I guess the owners of this gym have poor taste. Finally, and what really upset me about this gym is that they are thieves. They operate on a finders-keepers-losers-keepers basis. In other words, if you leave something behind, it is theirs to take. That is what happened with me. That day, I live 20mins away. I'd left a piece of gym clothing. It was late, didn't feel like driving back. But as soon as I got home, I called the gym and left a VM. Next day, went back and asked if they found my clothing. No one new anything. They denied getting any message from me. For the rest of the week, I'd ask every time I came to the Stockbridge Workout Anytime. In summary, if given a chance, they will gladly steal from you.
