I would rather not sit in a strangers lap while I'm doing squats or cable pull downs lol. I'm surprised they managed to squeeze in two tanning bed rooms and a hydro massage room. The locker room is also super tight. Two toilet stalls and two showers; the shower wasn't super clean and had rust on the hardware. On a lighter note, the front desk lady is super friendly. Overall, if you have to go here, it'll get the job done.

But now? This place is an absolute toilet! And speaking of toilets. I kid you not, the men's room toilet remained disgustingly "soiled" (I'm being polite here) for months! Yes, months! The men's room is disgusting! It's frequently out of toilet paper. The right sink bowl is detached from the countertop and falling in. The floor in front of the urinal is completely nasty. The urinal sanitizer hasn't been serviced in many, many months. And the gym flooring in general? It has not been vacuumed in many, many months!! I'm telling you, this place should be inspected by the health department. And the gym rules? Forget it! There is one person who routinely sits on equipment for several minutes on her phone....on speaker...that can be heard throughout the gym. And nothing is done about it! Dudes are routinely shirtless. Weights are routinely left on the machines for others to put back. Pads on some of the machines are collapsed and useless. Pins used to select weights on machines are routinely missing. The rubber grips on both straight bars and other bars are long since missing. There are empty water bottles and other trash routinely left at machines or on the floor. This place is so neglected and dirty that it really should be closed until it can be thoroughly cleaned. The owners, whoever they are, obviously don't care and have neglected it for years! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM unless you prefer working it in squalor and filthy bathrooms. There are way too many other options in Port Orange and surrounding areas to waste your time and money at this dump. And don't discount possible health issues working out in such a filthy environment. I rarely leave bad reviews for businesses but this place is just nasty, neglected, filthy, woefully understaffed, and not suitable for fitness activities. STAY AWAY!!!!

I then found both of our ID's on my phone, showed Kobe, and asked if he could take our picture so we wouldn't have to go through that again. He said no. James then walked up, asked Kobe what was going on, and then offered to take our picture so there wouldn't be such a delay next time. The same exact thing Kobe said he couldn't do! I asked why Kobe told me he couldn't do it and James said, "Because I know more than him." I then worked out and guess what I asked 90 minutes later? Did Kobe learn to take pictures? Nope. Just bad service led from an owner who was made aware of a problem last week, did nothing, and then let it happen again to us. The issue is we don't pay that gym's owner according to Kobe. He said the owner of this location owns three gyms and if we don't pay one of them three then we have to show ID every workout which is unlike every other PF club. Horrible.

We then got into a verbal altercation while the staff member whom was his friends just sat there. Completely unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable behavior but he was a staff members friend. About an hour later, I left the gym and found my car tires had been deflated. The timing was not a coincidence. I had been goin to here for a lil while and the worker knows what car I drive cause they're always in the front of the building smoking. I was forced to call the police and file a report for vandalism. When I went to the gym the next day I saw the staff member whom deflated my tires and another member at the desk. I asked for the manger and they lied and said he wasn't there. Then began screaming at me to get out of here. All I was doing was asking for the manager to make a complaint. The manager must have heard them screaming because he then showed up but to my surprise he then asked me to leave as well. All I wanted to ask was if he had seen the footage on the cameras. Then the staff member tried to threaten me saying get out of here or else. When I said or else what he tried come at me aggressively still screaming get out. The culture at this gym is toxic. Staff are clearly friends with each other and protect their own, no matter how out of line they are. Complaints against employees go nowhere. The environment is full of wannabe tough guys talking trash, and staff do absolutely nothing to intervene or help members who are being disrespected. If you try to complain about a staff member they will kick you out, cancel your membership then keep your money. This is what happened to me. I understand staff doesn't get paid much so they don't care about their minimum wage jobs and treat customers without respect but a certain level of professionalism is at least expected and definitely not being aggressive with a customer for asking for a manager and screaming for them to get out.
