TL;DR I had a very tight timeline, and they delivered. They printed the T-shirts by the next day. I had 2 PDFs of the T-shirt graphics that I made in Canva. I emailed the files that morning, but being a busy holiday time, they hadn't seen my email. Luckily I was able to re-send them the files from my phone (I recommend that you just bring the file to the store or tell them in person you're sending it). The graphic files needed to be tweaked for print, but Abe is very fast. He worked on the file right then and there at the store counter. (If you're particular about fonts etc like me, you may want to work with them while they do that to make sure you're getting what you want.) They actually tried to print them the same day, so I came back a couple of hours later. (I think if it's a design they already have/simple design, they can print it within 1 hour, given they don't have other jobs lined up.) A font color on one of the T-shirts was a wrong color, and the other design had a spot where the line was disconnected, so they had to be reprinted. So I pickled them up the next day, but even then, that was a fast turnaround. The only caveat is that the base T-shirt colors/types may be limited. When I went, the only choices were white, black, gray or red in 100% cotton. (I'm not sure if they have more choices if I hadn't gone at such a busy time.) Also, unless you specify the size of the design, they may print the design really big to take up the front of the shirt. I had a more understated design in mind, but when I came to pick up my order the rectangular graphic took up the maximum space on the front. So if you have a vision about where you want the design to go, you might want to communicate that. I didn't know what I was doing, so I didn't press what I wanted--that's on me. All in all, I was impressed they could deliver in such a short amount of time. If I were to do it again, I'd try to go there at a less crowded time.

I was promised better pricing than another local company and that didn't happen. I was promised he was going to source locally and that didn't happen. My stickers were delayed by three weeks. Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. This is a broker company they don't do the work themselves.

It's clear they love the product and the cafe. I asked about the blending coffee being used and it was well explained. They even offered me a (generous) taste of the drip version, which I typically don't like. Good flavor! Coffee is terrific. I ordered a macchiato, which was poured perfectly. When the barista noticed a bit had spilled on to the saucer, he changed it out before serving. A lovely attention to detail. The pastry was tasty. Pricing is really fair. The olace is well visited and has a really terrific neighborhood vibe. It would be easy to make this your go-to hang out!

WARNING!!!! In September 2024, Norwest Graphics bid on an…read moreevent order for Visit Manitou Springs, local Chamber of Commerce, Visitors Bureau & Office of Economic Development for Manitou Springs, Colorado. Visit Manitou Springs, 501c6 Non Profit, also produces several local events for the community to drive economic boosts in the shoulder season. The Emma Crawford Coffin Races is one such event, and Event Manager put out a request for bid on the merchandise (approximately 700 tshirts) to 3 companies, 2 of which are local to Manitou Springs (and also Chamber member businesses) and 1 to Norwest Graphics (NG). NG submitted the lowest bid, and after sending a sample design of an order to review quality, Visit Manitou Springs awarded majority of the production to NG, a company they never worked with before, out of range and not a member of the Chamber. The design was a contest of local artists, and as the winner was selected,NG received the artwork 9/17/24 with correct colors and design to move forward with production. They provided proofs that were exact to the colors the artist used. On September 23, 2024, Visit Manitou Springs paid Norwest Graphics $6,460.40 for the shirts in advance. They committed to providing 609 total unisex pale blue tees, youth tees, and baseball tees. The shirts arrived on 10/11/24 and I had correspondence with NG via phone and email- the colors were completely wrong on the design. The center of the design, a skeleton, was YELLOW, not white. Norwest Graphics offered nothing more than 10% off a FUTURE ORDER for this mistake. I contacted NG several additional times to try and discuss, as our Board of Directors were very dissatisfied, but he quit answering all of my communications, leaving us holding 609 tee shirts incorrectly printed and VASTLY different than his proofs. No attempt to resolve though they are entirely at fault. I am left with faulty designs after paying over $6,000, dissatisfied leaders, artist, and event attendees. Unable for our Non-Profit to purchase another quantity of tees, there was a lacking in our 30th Annual event this year due to the nature that Norwest Graphics does business. I would like to make people aware that what they say they will do- they may not, in fact, they may take your Non Profit money, do you wrong, and ghost you.

They do our 3 part invoices and customers mailers as well. They have a person on staff who helps me with the graphics design since i have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to that. The best part of this all is that they have a personal delivery person. Usually i place my order and the next day an awesome delivery person brings my products. I've found that most printers take weeks to produce and then I have to go pick up or wait for shipping. These guys get er done and deliver! No complaints and I refer them to everyone in my small business group! Good job!

i saw on the west seattle blog a couple months back that a…read morenew ups store would soon be opening in westwood village and knew this was much needed in our peninsular community since the former one in jefferson square had closed. it was perfect timing for me to visit late this afternoon because i was in need of passport photos for passport renewal and i always like to have spare photos handy for online visa applications. i'm not sure if the person helping me was the owner but she was patient and efficient in taking my photos, taking payment and then handing them to me. she offered that she could also send them to me in digital form which i appreciated; less than an hour later .jpg and .png files of my photos were in my inbox. i did inquire why the price today was higher than what i had paid at another ups store for passport photos a couple of months back and was told each are independently operated so prices for different items/services can vary. i didn't utilize any shopping services so cannot comment on that aspect of the business but i will say the store was clean, there were three people total working while i was there and the mood was friendly and professional. i'd return for any services they offer at this specific location! if today's visit was any indication, we may have a great new resource at our disposal, west seattleites!

It's between parking lots in the common area between two buildings. Nice area. Great hours, too.
