The furniture in the back especially looks kind of haphazardly arranged. Not very appealing if you are hunting for office furniture. I had fun browsing the school supplies, though, and picked up some cute items, including a fuzzy pencil holder, for a friend. Staff. Must note that the staff here is great. Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. I needed signs printed out and had the budget well within what he was quoting, but he acted like his parameters were above my head and therefore wasn't worth his time. He sent me a estimate for around $75 and said my file needed alterations. I told him I'm sorry i wasted his time I just can't pay that, he rudely hung up quickly after that without saying anything. So I called Office Depot and they didn't have any problem with my file and was able to print it out in 15 mins AND only charge me $28. I am all for supporting local businesses but this was clear they were trying to up charge me and got mad when I kindly declined. Horrible.

Last year I purchased stickers from Diecutstickers because they were reasonably priced and…read moreproduced high-quality stickers. I ordered 12 different designs, and was so impressed with the thickness and overall color and quality of the stickers. HOWEVER!!!!!! when I ordered another new batch of 5 designs the next year they looked different. The stickers weren't as thick, they didn't have the same gloss, they were curled, and they had these weird bubble like indentations on the stickers. I immediately called to ask about these differences. They informed me they changed their lamination and if I wanted to reprint the stickers I could place a new order using their more expensive gloss lamination. I expected the same quality sticker, and I would have never ordered new stickers if I knew the quality would not be the same. Update: 02/24/23: I spoke with Keith the Marketing Coordinator, and they determined that some of the lamination rolls were defective, which is why the stickers were not the same high-quality. DCS reprinted my order free of charge, and the new order of stickers were beautiful! Thank you!
