The owner greeted us, I asked if they had any vacancies. They said the cabins were all full but they had the bunkhouse with a toilet and a sink. We walked to town and had dinner and drinks, and came back and talked to locals on the porch until bedtime. What a beautiful and accommodating RV park! We really loved our time here. Site- B+ The campground itself was well maintained. There are some good views and nice places to walk your dogs if you have any. There are also bathrooms and showers to use free of charge. Bathrooms were VERY clean and well maintained. The benches that were at the campsites were adequate but a little worn out and our bench has a lot of bird poop on it. Not a big deal though. Price - A+ We payed $45 for the night but that includes those clean bathrooms and showers and full hookups at our site. Also, we were a last minute check in. The restrooms are old fixtures, but still well cared for. My only comment would be don't fall for the marketing to get the premium pull through site. I did that, but all of the sites are easy to accessible, and the premium one is right up front by the front gate, so all the traffic goes by. The sites further back are much more private, much more tree, and cheaper. Still, all in all, a good place. It is right off the highway, but that's to be expected.
