The manager then lied and told me he canceled the warranty, but when I asked for proof of refund and cancellation, he couldn't provide either. It's been a month and no word. The warranty company still doesn't have my warranty on file. The total amount of the warranties have been added to my principal loan amount and I'm continuing to pay interest for something that I requested to have canceled the day after purchasing. I was told today by another financial manager that my warranty was never even sent to the warranty company because they are going to cancel it themselves. I asked for proof of cancellation and refund again, still unable to provide. I strongly would not recommend doing business here. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it's been the worst experience ever. Not to mention the new car broke down on me 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. They don't care about the customers. Unprofessional and untrustworthy business and associates.

I have since moved to a new home so their location is nearly an hour away, but I returned because my initial purchase included scheduled maintenance for the first 24,000 miles. Both times I scheduled for a Saturday morning and waited for the service to be completed and both times it took over TWO HOURS for them to do a lube, oil, and filter and to rotate the tires. The saving grace is that my included maintenance is over so now I can go elsewhere.

My Advisor Faye didn't always give me good news (more issues as the car aged), but she was always honest and understood when I didn't authorize them to fix somethings due to cost. Six months ago I decided to replace this car with a new Toyota. The sales department didn't impress me. They didn't have the car I was interested in available for me to look at and offered no alternatives. I ended up buying it at Bedford Toyota, which was a wonderful experience. I have brought the new car into Cle Hts Toyota for a recall part replacement and the 5000 mile check up. Faye was wonderful as usual. I told her I didn't like the new AI scheduling service (it's awful) and she gave me a way to contact her directly. One great perk was the service department offered a ride to nearby destinations (I believe it was a 5 mile radius), however now rely on Uber. At peak times, like dropping off the vehicle first thing in the mornin, Ubers are difficult to book. I will continue to bring my car in for service her, but if they don't bring back the shuttle service and continue using Uber, I will time my drop off better so getting a ride won't be so difficult.

It's been well over a month at this point and no updates on parts, but have got plenty of solicitations/texts on signing up for their discounted plan/services. I drive a fleet/company vehicle which they know and have no use of whatever they're offering. They said my steering wheel control buttons and backup camera were bad and needed replaced and that they "re-flashed" my shifter button. I don't know what they were talking about but none of it needed replaced. Firestone fixed a loose battery cable issue that was causing the shifter issue and Reddit help me fix re-seating the camera harness that fixed the back up camera and steering buttons. Haven't had any issues since Firestone fixed the main battery issue. No call back, no updates, spammy texts, and saying I needed parts I didn't...No, I don't recommend taking a vehicle here.

Now my Truck was involved in a accident where it was totaled and to close out my financing account the finance company needs to get a hold of the dealership. I have called the dealership numerous times talk with the operator, letting her know needed to talk to the finance person in charge. They always tell me they'll call you back but they don't. I've called and left numerous messages with the sales manager. They don't call me back. Meanwhile I am without a vehicle until the dealership gets a hold of my financial bank and gives them what the warranty payout is. They have to be the worst dealership in Lake County. I've never had to go through something like this before.

I ended up paying $500 for an ignition switch replacement. I was already annoyed because I felt like they couldn't care less about my business. When I was paying they kept trying to get me to sign up for a credit card and then when I expressed my discontent with their lack of payment options they tried to make me feel OK about spending $500+ on an ignition switch by telling me that my keys are probably too heavy, which wears down on the ignition over time. I don't doubt that this could be a problem for some people, but my keys aren't very heavy and I drive less than 20 miles per week (for the last 4 years) and it sort of felt like they were saying "don't be upset at us for the high prices, it was your fault that this part is broken after all". I'm giving this a 2 star rating based on Yelps explanation of 2 stars: "Meh. I've experienced better." I won't be going back.

I took it back to the original dealership the same day. They looked at it and stated, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb. It must be the cold weather." Ok, fine. It went out again and instead of going back to the west side of Cleveland, I made an appt. here as they are a certified dealership. 3 hours later, I'm out $92 (half of the cost of labor, etc.) because a light bulb was out and "is not covered by warranty". So essentially, we had to pay $92 because a light bulb was "out". Well, that's odd because the guy at the dealership previously said, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb." Hmmm. I'm not going to outright accuse them of shady practices as I can't prove anything. What I do know is that next time I have an issue with my car (aside from huge issues like engine, transmission, etc.), I will be going else where. Oh, I will say something positive - I got a courtesy car wash. Yay.
