Moving into a new house and needed some rugs and chairs cleaned. We spoke to Victor and explained what we needed services. He was very helpful and provided an estimate based on the items discussed. I think his pricing is more than fair given the level of expertise and service he provides. Victor is definitely a master cleaner who should be your go to for any carpet or upholstery. Day of service, Victor arrived on time. One thing to note is he was in a uniform, tucked in and clean looking. He is very well spoken and takes the time to listen to our perspective of what we need. He then explained his process in detail and even showed us results in real time as he was cleaning. He also provided some best practices on how to best clean the chairs and rugs between professional cleaning. Not gonna lie, the rug was dirty, but the chairs were filthy. We had gotten them on offer up and the people we got them from had a lot of pets. We were cautiously optimistic that they could be cleaned. Victor and Jeancarlo arrived promptly and got to work right away. I thought I had vacuumed sufficiently, but they proved me wrong. Afterward, they brushed the carpet to get even more dust and whatnot out before tackling it with a good steam cleaning. The carpet looks even better than when I first moved in. So I have an 8 year old carpet. It has seen 16 birthday parties hosting 30+ kids each time. There's been cake frosting tracked through the house. We've had 8 Halloween parties with fake blood and jello fights. There's been glow in the dark paint parties, squirt gun battles, cookie decorating parties. We also went through the 2018-2023 slime phase as well. I may or may not have spilled some wine also (understandably) and to top it all off I also have three cats that like to vomit on the carpet for some reason. So anyways, my carpets seen some things. My house reeks of old urine since my Shiba Inu babies love marking their territory on every floor of my townhouse. We picked up a second-hand high-pile polyester area rug and tried to clean it with a rug doctor, but it ended up not working out very well (didn't dry properly, smelled really musty and old, felt weird from the carpet shampoo).
