I set up an appointment previously, I told the lady that booked my appointment that my unit was hard to get to. She told me that it's fine, appointment booked. The day before the appointment a Vega Tech came out to assess the location of my unit. He knocked on my door and informed me that they won't be able to do the job. My unit is too far down the pathway and their truck height is too tall to go into the garage to get closer to our unit. First time they came everything was perfect so I decided to call them again for the SAME service including all 3 area rugs as last time & last time they charged me way less this time they charged me way more plus they placed the urinated rug on top of my bed unwashed! So I spoke to a person about that and she said she was going to apply a discount for the inconvenience plus they charged me way more when they should of charged me less because they didn't do a room so it should be less it's crazy they only did 2 small rooms 1 master bedroom and 3 medium size area rugs all for $200 it's crazy. The guy was mentioning that he was saving up to buy another van for his business but that's no reason to go crazy on the prize.
