The color match was essentially 1:1 and while the grout install made it more finicky - requiring multiple visits, I was satisfied with the outcome. Groutsmith's technicians are very professional, clean up after themselves and pride themselves on good work. It was not the cheapest option, but I think it was money well spent and in general I can rest easy because they stand by their work and if it isn't up to par - they'll rectify it to the best of their ability. I evaluated other companies and I'm glad I went with Groutsmith for my groutwork. Once I have other groutwork - I'll be calling back The Groutsmith.

She explained everything that needed to be done and why. Based on her obvious expertise and thoroughness, we decided on the spot to have the work done ASAP by Grout Medic. The price quoted seemed fair, and the proposal explained all work to be done in detail. About a week later a gent named Leo from Grout Medic showed up on time to do the work. Leo was polite and considerate, and took pains to protect our new wood flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Leo explained how he would proceed, and took about 4 hours working straight through.
