I found Core Carpet Cleaning service on the KUSI good business news cast and requested services. I did receive the service but I later found out, after a simple google search, that this man is on the sex offender registry. I was completely shocked and appalled due to the fact I have 2 teenage girls who were home at the time of service. I'm very disappointed in the KUSI news cast and certainly will be contacting them to inform them of this situation. Not only am i appalled with KUSI for highlighting a person of this background, I'm even more upset they they have not vetted the people that they are promoting. this man is a sexual predator and this company needs to be shut down . My husband contacted them at the end of June + received a response extremely quickly that included a quote + more detailed information about services we were looking for. From there, their customer service representative continued to be super responsive + helpful. We set up a July 10th appointment to have two couches, two sets of stairs, + our third floor carpet cleaned. The CC team arrived in a timely manner, worked efficiently, + everything turned out looking AMAZING! Our couches had stains mostly from our two little kids eating or drinking on them, + every time I would see the stains, I'd cringe. The actual service was Stellar! They were fast,friendly and efficient! I should mention that I also utilized the cleaning service.
