I booked a same day appointment at 6pm. The cool thing is I called them around 3pm. 3-hour notice?!?! No problemo! I like that they have a 6pm time slot available for 9-5er work schedules. Yuri came and cleaned the living room/dining room/hallway and did a good job. They were having a special and charged me only $69. This is my first time getting carpet cleaned so I have nothing to compare it to but they were accomadating and reasonably priced. Only thing is it took about 24 hours for the carpet to dry when Yuri said it would only be 5-8 hours. read more

On time, actually bit early, but they texted us half hour prior, so it all worked out. Quote was honored and carpet results exceeded our expectations. Tarp and corner guards were used to protect our wood flooring and walls plus booties provided to walk on the carpet. P.S. The upholstery cleaning on our dining chairs did not meet our expectation (we tested on one ) so we decided to skip them and the quote was adjusted accordingly, thank you to Diego and the Imperial team. It has been over 48 hours now and our carpets are still damp even though we are keeping our windows open and running fans periodically. Not sure why this is happening but hope to have dry carpets soon. read more

It was very easy to set up an appointment with this company. My carpet wasn't that dirty to start with, so I just needed to maintain it and Uriel left it looking great! The product he uses does not smell like chemicals, it has more of a lemony smell. He finished up the living room and bedroom in less than an hour. He also gives you advice on how to keep your carpet looking like new and even gives you little plastic shoe covers to wear if you have to walk on the carpet while it dries. This company does a GREAT job! The tech arrived promptly on time, assessed our carpet and gave us some good feedback. Sooo glad we went with this company and grateful for the good advice the tech gave. Fast, courteous, affordable, and professional, and they do a GREAT job!! One of our main concerns were the stains/smell from our dogs having accidents on the carpet. We have tried cleaning it ourselves but the stains always come back. We thought we needed to replace the entire carpet= a $3k job at least. The tech checked the carpet and noted the stains had seeped through to the padding, so even though we clean the carpet, once we walk on it (and the padding underneath), the stains always come back. He suggested we replace the padding as the carpet was still in good shape!! Boy was he right!! He cleaned this carpet to the point where it looks BRAND new, like when we first bought the house! They gave me an advance quote of $100, which was very fair. I'd forgotten to mention all the fabric throw pillows --10 of them!--that also needed to be cleaned. I've known Uriel since he started his business (I sold him his first yellow pages ad, back when they worked). He's a good guy and does a thorough job of cleaning carpets and furniture. He came today (I called him yesterday evening) and made quick work of cleaning our carpet. They were especially dirty since they hadn't been professionally cleaned in almost 2 years and had gone through housebreaking 2 dogs. The carpets look great (he disinfected them and put some kind of carpet protectant on them at no extra charge). He doesn't play the usual bait & switch game other carpet companies employ. Today I had a big task of ordering one hundred carpets for my boss, we are renovating many apartments so we needed a large amount if carpets fast, so I called a company that specializes in bulk carpets at wholesale price, I placed an order that I needed to have delivered by in a weeks time, Luckily the order came ahead of time and we just needed to have them installed by the same company, this was good because it was free of charge since we made such a big order, In the next three days the carpets were all installed, I was very happy because this made me look go to my boss and I received a raise, the carpets were very high quality as well, my boss really prides himself in how his apartments look, this was indeed the right service to use, we were worried that the carpets would not be installed in time, and we would have to postpone the viewing of the apartments, everything worked out in our favor and the workers were very exceptional at their jobs, they even gave us some free carpets, which was an added bonus, since we will have use for these in the other apartment buildings. read more
