Walked in for a haircut but didn't have an appointment so I was sat with the older guy that works there. I told him I wanted a razor fade with a hard part. He agreed and started cutting my hair. Everything seemed normal until he asked me how I wanted my neck line. I tried to tell him again that I wanted my hair razor faded. At this point he told me that he wasn't comfortable cutting my hair down to nothing. He quickly finished up, and charged me 35 bucks for a haircut that he had no idea how to cut. World class men's is my spot! I have been getting my haircut here for a year now and wouldn't even think to go anywhere else. Every time I leave people are looking at my haircut just on the walk to my car, and have been asked where I got it cut at! I'm not great with explaining what I like so I just say "do what you think will look best" and without a doubt I get a great cut. I also never leaver without a bottle of shampoo and beard oil. I had grown my hair for 3.5 years, in part because my hair is beautiful, but also because I started when my life was in not a very good spot. Over the course of time I realized that maybe I was hiding behind my locks. I was nervous about a new cut, but Jordan set me at ease, he explained that feeling is normal and that we all have a tendency to retreat inwards when things aren't going well. He was supper supportive about my new choice. In the past I have struggled to explain to stylists what I really wanted, but he took the time to hear me, we looked at some examples from the internet, settled on a style that would compliment my best features and he went to work... and by went to work I am saying he took my chest length locks to a gorgeous undercut that made my round face look square in less than 40 min. My friends all say I look 5 years younger, the women in my life can't stop telling me how good I look and I have even seen an increase in tips (I am a bartender) from my customers. I also have naturally oily hair that is very thick and doesn't like to listen to product and he got me a styling product that has great hold an a very natural look. The location was easy to find and it had parking that was convenient located close by. I would said I only had to wait 10 minutes until I was able to get in the chair. Immediately Jordan was inviting and friendly. I called an audible at the line and told Jordan I needed a full shave. Jordan was able to fit my necessary adjustments into his schedule. The shave was excellent. Jordan used this shaving soap he created and it was fantastic. I left with a clean shave, a excellent haircut, and smelling great. Jordan does an great job every time. I'm fairly picky but mainly just don't want someone to mess up my hair which can sometimes be too much to ask for. He listens to exactly what you want and will throw his two cents in too. Elsewhere, I would pay more money for a haircut hoping it means they'd do a good job but that's not always the case. Jordan has a lot of experience and did a great job with my haircut. He asked me several times if I was happy with how my cut looked. He took great care and time to ensure that my hair looked great. He pays close attention to details and listens to what people are saying. He asks follow up questions to ensure he knows what you want. He made a couple of suggestions and even explained a few things to me which is more than a typical barber does. On vacation from Texas and found this legit barber by the hotel. Ask for Jordan he does a great job with attention to detail and friendly service. He operates out of a hair studio called Tousled so don't worry it's not intimidating or anything like that.
