SCENE: Located at the corner of W. 11th Street and East Street, Isabel's Cafe now occupies the old Sandwich Spot location. RECOMMENDATION(S): Awesome food! Highly recommended. Me and my sisters come here often and the wait is slightly longer than other places but no one in tracy knows coffee like the old man that works here. Even in his flavored lattes the taste of the espresso shot shines through unlike other places where lattes tend to taste like watered down milk and sugar.
