They had condiments on the counter that looked very unsanitary, the nozzles were sticky and looked to not have been cleaned in weeks --if ever! -- and we had watched her replace a ketchup bag in a dispenser just behind the counter so we asked for some ketchup and she rudely replied, "there's ketchup right there." Not wanting to be rude, my partner said, "this just looked a little weird and I was wondering if we could use some from there instead?" she then proceeded to aggressively grab the dispenser and SLAM it onto the countertop saying, "SURE, you can use this one since our ketchup 'looks too weird' for you!!" I am shocked. Treat people with kindness, it really isn't that hard. She was also very short to a gentlemen and his son in front of us, snapping to him that she already put napkins on his tray so he didn't need anymore when he had asked because he hadn't seen the napkins there.
