They help in keeping the facility clean and ensure equipment is always wiped down and personal training spaces are respected. The gym is spacious and staff are friendly and it does not lack in any equipment. The only reason I cannot give this gym a 5 star rating is due to their inflexibility with personal training packages. I'm not certain where the decision making originates but if you choose to op for personal training, you are required to commit to one year of payments, period. These can be paid bi weekly or up front but it is very costly and I think it would be well received if there were short term options available. I personally trained with Bree, who is exceptional, and would have preferred to continue with her in order to fulfill my fitness goals; however, as stated, due to lack of short term packages and no reduction in cost for repeat clients, I was unable to financially absorb the cost of another annual commitment.

Basically, any charge that is scheduled within the next 30 days is still charged to you after you request to cancel. This means that for me I will be charged 20 days after I requested to cancel. 20 days seems like plenty of time to process a cancellation, but nonetheless they still will charge my card.

Im not even in a contract with them at that. I spoke with a guy over the phone and told him I wanted to cancel my membership since im moving out of the area. He took my name and said he would take care of it. months later im receiving a call from a billing agency stating I owed them money. I called back and spoke with another lady which was the manager. Said I had to sign a form. I signed the for and still nothing. Im still in the middle of trying to get this cancelled. Stay far away from this place!

I never authorized this and the front desk, Heather lied to my face, took my card and fraudulently took a payment without any paperwork then denied me working out stating I missed the 5 minute mark of the class start time- which they knew as they were asking me to fill out numerous papers (Again, I'm already a member). And it's not about the money, solely the principle. The racial undertone in this experience is very evident. No one else in there would have been treated like this!!! They have done so many upgrades to our gym since they bought this location and I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us. The staff genuinely cares about your success and are willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve it. The trainers work with you to make sure you get the results you are looking for. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new gym! *Beware* I signed for a membership in November living…read moreacross town to give this location a chance. As I suspected I'm not getting to utilize the membership as I thought I did. At the time of contract signing, they tell you that there's only certain requirements that allow you out of your contract (military orders, address change over 25 miles from any anytime fitness or medical leave). So instead of being able to pay a buy out fee I'm stuck with a $1300 buy out like it's just "my problem" the old owners were far more reasonable and willing to work with your situation but not these guys once they got your signature that's it. Not impressed, but go ahead keep taking my money since I was the stupid one that signed.
