There were several classes in progress and the machines looked up to date. It was mid day so not as busy as I would expect it will be early or after work. Everything appeared clean and well kept. The process didn't take too long and then the (very nice) lady at the desk, Tisha, showed me how to use the App for finding and booking classes and other information. No pictures, but I've already booked an Aqua class and will schedule an appointment with a fitness trainer to help me learn more about the machines and what classes would be good for me.

Turns out she is incredibly nasty. Tried to cancel my membership today IN-PERSON and she kicked me out of the gym. Mind you, this has been going on since August. I been trying to reach out to cancel my membership via phone, online, and in-person. Kept getting charges every month. Wouldn't be surprised if they try to charge me again next month lol. I ended up canceling my credit card so they can't get another penny out of me. My honest assessment of this club. It's clean, kind of small but has pretty much everything you need. The members there get along. Everyone does their best to maintain the place. Only problem is the new owner!

This facility is larger than many I've seen and there is plenty of space for workouts. Coaches vary the workouts so it's never boring and always challenging. The CrossFit community at this box is fun and thriving with many members participating in group experiences outside of the box together. Equipment is kept in near-mint condition and there is enough equipment for everyone to comfortably perform workouts. If you're considering adding CrossFit to your routine, do it. If you need a place to get started or looking for a change of scenery, consider CrossFit Transformation; you won't regret going there!

I've taken both Yin and Gentle Yoga here from husband and wife team Linda and Howard. The two of them combined have over 40 years of yoga instruction experience. If you don't know much about different yoga types, yin is about longer held postures that will target joints, connective tissue, and meridians, while Gentle Yoga is about medium-length deep stretches and working on the breath. The classes were great; as I sit in front of a computer all day, yoga is necessary to stretch out the many kinks and tight areas. Both teachers were easy to follow and are good about checking students for proper posture and positions. They also teach Hatha and Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow. If you are new to yoga or a veteran yogi, you'll enjoy the atmosphere and the classes here. I've heard great things about the Level 1 Taiji/QiGong Movement and Self Healing classes as well, taught here by Geoff on Saturday mornings, a local integrative counselor. I just haven't taken them yet to comment, but wanted to mention them for anyone interested in this type of movement and healing modality. Namaste!

I know this place has been closed for the past year or so due to fire damage. We finally went back…read moresince it's reopened and WOW. It had 5 stars from me before with just the trampolines... now it's just 10x better. It's much more open (you're able to have better view of your kid without as many barriers), and it does still have all the amazing trampoline areas... but now it also has 3 amazing playground areas. One is the giant multi-level that reminds me of the one at the MOST museum. The other two are great also and one has slides into a ball pit. I've always wondered why snowy upstate NY doesn't have many indoor playground options... this place made a smart move by adding these to their already existing trampoline park!! We are loyal fans for their toddler sessions. :)

So if you're an adult you can relax while still being able to see your kids. They have a wide variety of obstacles, games, and courses to play games in. There is also a lounge with some comfy couches, a flat screen on the wall, and a nice sized table. And they have a few snack options for the kids behind the counter. And, there are also some vending machines!
