They handed me the ornaments and said 'Merry Christmas, please take them and come back by when you can'. WOW!! What Christmas spirit!! My first time in the store ... loved it. So very cute!! I sent my daughter to the Fairhope location and she wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all. The owners were working. When she asked for assistance, they didn't redeem themselves. What a shame. I've always had a great experience at Objects in Daphne. Haley is just the best! I am happy to support local, unless this is the type of customer service given going forward. I'd rather order what they sell online or purchase it from another store if this is the way they continue to treat customers.

The cashier quickly told me with a disrespectful tone and attitude that "They do not have a buy one, get one free offer nor have they ever had a buy one, get one free offer." This was a young girl/woman, and I guess I should have expected something like that from today's younger generation that have no personalities or respect for anyone or anything. I would have thought that Hobby Lobby being a Christian based business would train their associates to treat customers with respect. My wife frequents Hobby Lobby, but this experience has may her reconsider if she will ever patronize the store again.

This is also my go-to store for things like throw pillows, drapes, and little miscellaneous home decor items.
