This time I was only looking for quality outdoor patio furniture. They had a small selection in the waaay back. Prices were sort of high, but what isn't these days? So I won't review on that, but there was just a lot of the same old stuff in the same old colors. Idea: if you want more shoppers, please carry a few pieces with unique colors &or styles. Overall it wasn't unpleasant, the sales staff was not aggressive (I appreciate that) and the store was clean and quite full.

However, as you start paying closer attention a lot of their stuff has scratches, damage or defects. We bought a rug there. Brought it home and noticed a defect. It went back to the store. On a different occasion I purchased an accent table online. A couple of hours later I get a call from the store. It turns out all of the tables they have in stock have scratches so the purchase had to be canceled. Luckily they have a great return policy. You have 60 days to return an item no questions asked...I guess overall it's good to have a place like that near by but look your purchases over carefully...

However the ambience is very... strange and extremely uncomfortable. I do dress alternatively, in a gothic style, but more often I dress in a scenemo/emo style. Which I love about myself, however everytime I go inside, I feel stared at by everyone and I feel extremely anxious, nauseous and scared for my safety. I don't believe anything will happen, it's mainly a staring issue and very uncomfortable to have to ask for any help. Once I had to get my husband to walk in for me and he told me the service ruined his day- apparently he had to ask for the manager because the employee he asked "didn't know anything". The manager apparently was also no help, because she was rude and very passive aggressive. Maybe she was just having a bad day- but that is not acceptable to take it out on a stranger, let alone someone who is trying to spend money at your place of employment?
