Absolutely worth it and oh did I forget to say that I walked in at five minutes after two in the afternoon on a Tuesday and according to the sign on the side of the door, they close at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. so he took care of me even though I walked in late and was just oh so nice. Today I needed batteries for two key fobs, and the batteries were available. The employee quickly installed them and explained the lifetime warranty. The employees are always knowledgeable and they quickly locate the item or items I need. The variety of decorative light bulbs is impressive. I'm going to stop back in and choose some to brighten up my decor. Besides batteries and bulbs this store has so much more. Today I noticed the Rain-X windshield wipers that I prefer. That loyalty ended on January 19th. Some time ago, my retired father purchased and had a key fob programmed at Batteries Plus so I could safely warm up my car while waiting inside at work overnight. I work nights and must be out in all weather, including winter storms. When he tested the key fob for the very first time, the remote start did not work. When my father returned to the store to ask for help troubleshooting, he was immediately met with hostility from the store manager, Ryan Nicks. Instead of offering assistance or basic customer service, Ryan was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He brushed my father off and tried to blame our vehicle rather than even consider that the key fob Batteries Plus sold and programmed might be the issue. After confirming, with proof, that the problem was in fact the key fob and not our vehicle, my father returned again. He had paid $200 for this key fob and was simply asking for help. Once again, Ryan Nicks responded with the same hostile attitude, refusing to be helpful and escalating the situation unnecessarily. My father is not someone who causes scenes or looks for confrontation. For him to come home upset says everything about how poorly he was treated. It is incredibly upsetting to know he spent his hard-earned money trying to keep his daughter safe during winter nights, only to be met with disrespect and outright hostility from a store manager. Advice to ownership: A manager who treats loyal customers this way is a liability. If this is how Ryan Nicks behaves with us, it's almost guaranteed other customers are being treated the same. Point blank, period...we will not be back, and we will make sure people know exactly why.

Note these are made under license by a top car battery manufacturer in PA. The batteries have a great warrenty of 48 months. The best part was installation is a very reasonable $30.00. I have a AGM battery so it was more expensive than a reg lead acid one but was a very competitive price. Best was installation took maybe 5 minutes. Way better than a car dealership. Highly recommend for any battery need also believe they have free testing but I already knew mine was a goner.
