This is a wonderful resort property, very clean, well appointed and decorated, many amenities like pools, spas, gym, tennis, basketball/pickleball court, ping pong etc. All units have gorgeous oceanfront views. All 3bd 3ba units are on the corners with maximum ocean views. They were roomy, clean, bright & light, and we always had fresh towels and supplies during our week stay. The resort provided a pickleball net & 4 wooden paddles. We set up in the basketball court and had lots of fun, though it can get windy outdoors here. All in all we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend.

My family was blessed with the wonderful gift of staying at this resort for 3 days, first and foremost, I want to take the time to recognize ERIKA, she was working with my family from the beginning, and was absolutely WONDERFUL, friendly, on top of things, and an amazing person to work with during our trip! The resort is GORGEOUS! My favorite part, is the outdoor pool facing the ocean! It's been amazing to enjoy the pool/spa nightly, while watching the ocean waves crashing into the cliff! The room was beyond exceptionally clean, the amenities offered here are above and beyond! Depoe Bay is very cute, lots of little shops to enjoy, great coffee, and treats! You have two towns N and S of town, within 20ish minutes to get other stuff needed, including a Walmart! I will absolutely be coming back here to vacation with my family, and I'd say this has become one of my favorite resorts so far in Oregon!

Haven't been here in 20 years. Love that the outdoor pools are still open in October. There's even a space to wash your vehicle. Clean and well kept. We'll be back for another staycation.

Situated on the rocks just above the Pacific Ocean! Amazing views! You see the waves crash on the rocks outside your balcony door. We had a larger 3 bedroom unit! Tons of space, clean, comfortable! The views and the sound of the ocean make this venue worth the price

This place offers million dollar views of the mighty Pacific Ocean. The units are tastefully decorated. The furniture isn't great- pretty typical and uncomfortable "hotel/motel" grade. I'd like to see them switch to something more comfy! Beds are very comfortable. It is lacking in technology- no smart features. Internet is shotty, but you shouldn't be using it when you've go to the Oregon Coast!

Nice place to stay and relax. Nice personal, our family likes to stay at this resort.

Best views in Depoe Bay. Spacious rooms, expansive views and great sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks below. Perfect. We stayed in Bldg F at the end of Phase one. These units have close up Ocean views along with jacuzzi tubs. Our 2 bedroom condo was clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet. Large master bath. Floor to ceiling windows on ocean side offering full ocean views. Lots to love about this place. What we didn't love was the kitchen was small. You could barely have 2 people in there at one time. You could not load the dishwasher easily because it blocked access to the sink where the dishes were. Some drawers wouldn't open fully because the stove door stood out too far. We also didn't like that the master bedroom didn't open onto the patio for full ocean views and sounds. Instead it opened into the living room. Other small things that weren't big deals but noticeable were that we didn't like that the toilet paper which was was so frail and thin. The bath towels were also thin and not soft and comfy. Overall we loved the location between Newport and Lincoln City. We loved dining at Side door cafe and the Horn. We loved the expansive view and the crashing sounds of the ocean right off our patio.

We had a pretty decent stay here - this is one of the nicer WorldMarks that I have been to. My husband and I had a few issues at this location, but they were solved by management. I really like the location of this WorldMark - you can get up and down the coast very easily. Both Newport and Lincoln City are not too far away. We even ventured down to Yachats and Florence for a day and didn't get back up to Depoe Bay too awfully late. If you're flying into/out of Portland, however, this is quite a drive - so prepare for that fact. We also enjoyed the many area beaches - Gleneden, which is right up the road was a very nice beach that we frequented. Each room does have nice big windows and does face the ocean and have a patio or a balcony. Great for sunsets, great for whale watching, (we saw many!) and great for watching/hearing the waves crash against the rocks. The resort itself has three pools - one heated outdoor, one indoor-outdoor and one indoor. They also have a basketball court, a tennis court, multiple things in their game room and all sorts of other amenities. The issues that we had were with housekeeping - many things were missed in our unit that should have been provided which caused me to call down to the front desk on several occasions. In the end though, I did contact the manager, (a very nice guy who strives for excellence) and he made it right. The maintenance guy, Jerry, who came late one night to fix two issues was incredibly nice, prompt and explanatory - he did a great job. The only other gripe that I have is that we had to pay for our internet, which was a real bummer. All in all, I think my husband and I would stay here again - we had a lot of fun every day of our trip and got to see a lot of beautiful places and things. I'm reserving a star for the housekeeping and internet issues.

The resort itself has the WOW factor! Beautifully located along the bay. All units facing the water. Staff friendly and took care of things we needed addressed. A major plus was our own view of the whales passing by. Make sure to pack your binoculars for a better and closer look. We ended up ordering a new pair and had it overnighted to the resort without problems. Also visit the towns close by..Lincoln City and Newport (there's a Safeway in both cities) and a big Walmart in Newport. Cons: Housekeeping need to do a better job cleaning and preparing the rooms. There was a broken piece of glass on the kitchen floor and nasty slimy grime around the faucets. The sliding door was broken and some of the burners were disconnected (fixed by staff right away). The vacuum cleaner was also broken and was replaced. I'm a clean freak so I always end up disinfecting the whole place when I move in and that's how I found all the issues above. Although it's a long drive from CA, I will definitely go back.

Our huge two person soaking tub was AMAZING. Bed was comfortable, staff were extremely friendly! The room was spacious and fun. Fire place was cozy! Just 80 steps down a staircase to the beach. Awesome ocean wave sounds all night. Has coffee, tea, and even a bag of microwave popcorn complimentary for guests. We would come back for sure! We got winter rates as we went in February. Our 2nd stop in Oregon was at a clothing optional resort called The Willamettans ("The Willies" for…read moreshort). Even though it's clothing optional, most people were nude. It's the largest resort we've visited and reminded us the most of our home resort in Florida (Lake Como). There are many amenities including tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and volleyball courts, the latter of which sadly aren't used. We've found it interesting that grass & sand volleyball aren't a popular activity out west like it is at mid-west and Eastern nudist resorts. Most hadn't even heard of "Super Bowl" (the large volleyball tournament in PA at White Thorn Lodge Nudist Resort each Labor Day...or the southern version at Lake Como in March). Actually, many hadn't even heard of Lake Como...it's been a wonderful journey telling people about the resorts in Florida and learning about all the well-known resorts out this way. The Willies boasts a large, pristine pool area with beautiful sunning decks. I love sunning and looking out at the fir trees and mountains...a common loveliness of these Pacific NW resorts! There is a nice little playground right outside the pool fence. The hot tub is enclosed and adjacent to the pool. Their large rec hall (which they call their Lodge) connects them all & offers enclosed showers & bathroom, though the outdoor pool showers were artistic & welcoming. The Lodge had the best stock of games & puzzles, a foosball & ping pong table, a coffee station, and a great array of comfy couches. This is one of a few central common areas in the resort. Another area just a little walk from the pool area houses their "Full Moon Saloon" bar & dance hall, an incredibly stocked craft room, a small merchandise store (The Bun), and a large, comfortable shower house. Plus, their cafe & snack shack are right across from the bar, offering a pretty nice fare on the weekends (there aren't snacks for sale or a community kitchen area during the week here, but there is a microwave and fridge for common use at the Lodge...and the rooms have small ones, too.) Other common areas include the dog park, trails, & sports area (as mentioned above). Near the office is their AANR-NW Library which is a treasure trove of photos, artifacts, and books about the resorts in this area. The Willies recently hosted the AANR-NW annual conference and built a really cool "Bridge to the Future" commemorating each resort or club in this region on a plaque (picture included). We had the pleasure of getting a tour from a couple of board members. They don't normally allow photos at this resort but they gave us permission & accompanied us, sharing so much about it. I was touched & impressed with their active involvement in not only their own resort, but also the greater community. They donate pounds of food every year and sponsor a local HS scholarship. The whole place is a volunteer-based co-op...everyone is asked to pitch in with the work and maintenance needed to keep the resort a premier place to live & visit. There were chore bulletin board that everyone uses to know what needs done. They were especially proud of a new project in the resort to be better stewards of the environment through a comprehensive recycling program. It is very obvious of the care and love they and the residents & members take here. You could feel it! Their landscaping was so pretty, flower beds are scattered across the grounds, and volunteers were seen working on repairs and maintenance. They have removed many old "bunkies" (cabins or RV rentals) and upgraded them. One particular one looked like a top-notch hotel room with modern decor and fresh paint & flooring. We love "rustic" but it's nice to see "well-kept rustic"! The RV spaces were the best we've seen...many have a nice patch of grass and they're all well laid out. Same with the tent spaces...each is nestled in a little wooded area of its own. We loved the social vibe of The Willies. They host an event once a month. There are lots of pictures of past events and it is apparent the fun had here. They do themed events where costumes are encouraged. Recent Alice in Wonderland and Roaring 20's party pictures were on display. We enjoyed the Wednesday night karaoke. We were on to our next resort before this weekend's Neon Glow 70's themed dance. Their biggest event is their annual Rennaissance Fair in September. We are sad we won't be in the area to participate in that. This is a place we will definitely revisit! I can see many summers spent here. The weather is perfection (not too dry, not too humid), the people were friendly, and the grounds & amenities were amazing.

Didn't hate it. Not that impressed either. 3 stars because it's camping…read more Pros: indoor pool and hot tub. Bingo nightly. Close to town. Public restroom/showers were clean. 2 toilets and 4 showers and 4-5 sinks. The playground serves its purpose. They do supply dog poop bags. Cons: Rabbits everywhere and that means rabbit poop everywhere and dogs are constantly barking. Coaxial at the site doesn't work. WiFi for a dollar a day and it was overpriced for the connection and speed we were getting. Sites are on top of each other. We wanted a specific site. Didn't get it and it stayed unoccupied until our last day. They do not take reservations. At least that's what they told us on the phone. I was also told that 2 weeks was the max stay. Some of the travel trailers looked like they'd been there way longer than that.

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. When we got here at check in time room hadn't been cleaned…read more(they said it was supposed to be cleaned 5 days ago). The good reviews on this place are 7 years old keep that in mind. Really rundown bedding is ripped even after they cleaned it the previous garbage hadn't been taken out. Boogers on the picture glass. Not enough curtain panels to cover the window. 5 remotes to turn on tV, still didn't work. Kitchen is disgusting too small to do anything in no counter space in bathroom. The slip cover on the couch was sandy. We were so uncomfortable we left. Didn't stay yuck!!!
