From just an email detailing the problem he took the ball and ran with it, contacting the pump manufacturer rep and getting all the details he could. Ultimately I decided on a full replacement system (new pump, back up pump with controller and WiFi monitoring) as the old system was 6+ years old. After he left, the company went down he drain (no pun intended.) I found out that Brent started his own business with Nick doing plumbing work. They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing.
