When I let Bryce know this in hopes he would understand I need it to be a really tidy and precise job, he took the time to describe to me how they would switch shoe covers out from inside the room where they would also tarp it off, and wear different shoe covers to go through the house. I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. The technician quoted me $700 for a new tank kit, valve and supply line. All of these parts are typically less than $50 and likely were not necessary. I called another plumber and the estimate was $145 which is about what it should be. Buyer beware if you hire The Rooter Works, they are robbing people who don't know what a certain repair should cost.
