Plumbing One got back to me immediately and I was soon in touch with one of the owners -- Jess. Jess was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice!
