This is a fantastic company! Nick was amazing as he helped me diagnose a problem with my sump pump battery back up controller. From just an email detailing the problem he took the ball and ran with it, contacting the pump manufacturer rep and getting all the details he could. Ultimately I decided on a full replacement system (new pump, back up pump with controller and WiFi monitoring) as the old system was 6+ years old. Very very pleased and now feel my sump situation is well under control and monitored. Going to have these guys back for additional plumbing upgrades in my home. Polite, prompt, courteous and with a definite customer service is important attitude. Hard to find these days - Nick is a diamond in the rough! These guys are honest guys. I knew the owner when he worked at another competitor as their lead manager. Did a ton of work for our rentals and was always professional and communicative. After he left, the company went down he drain (no pun intended.) I found out that Brent started his own business with Nick doing plumbing work. They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing. read more
