The manager admitted they didn't realize it was tinted until it was too late, but never mentioned any issue when they called earlier. When I asked what they could do to fix it, I was told they are "not responsible" and that it's in state guidelines, but no proof was provided. I was told I'd get a follow-up call, which never happened, and they refused to give contact info for the owner. Very disappointing experience--poor communication and no accountability for damage done while my vehicle was in their care.
