I called them but was told they were out of town on a holiday. Even so they took the time to walk me through how I could shut everything down to at least limit the further damage and then on Monday they showed up with a new water tank. They were polite, professional, quick and more than anything else- NICE. Getting hot water back made me feel like I was back in civilization and unless you could recognize the water tank was different, there was no sign they had even been there.

Out of the goodness of my heart i paid him back 500 dollars as i had the original painter scheduled come back and repair it. I have since found out it can not be properly repaired . They came out the next day, told me that they cleared the sewer line and that was the cause of the leak. I did politely explain that there was more than just a drain that was backed up and they said that that was the main issue. Next day the water was back in the laundry room. The owner said he was gonna come out and look at it, but instead the next morning they sent an apprentice who was on the phone with somebody being walk-through what to do. And to top it off, they told my wife we don't do this kind of work. You'll have to find a different contractor to fix the leaking sewer pipe.
