That's all well and good, it probably happens all the time, but they left the job without telling us it happened! So for over a week my tub would not hold water as there was no drain stoppage happening. Had to call them again. They came back, admitted it was their fault but still made us pay to replace it a couple days later. To this day it still won't stop draining. Even after they supposedly fixed it and made us pay. I have to use a rubber stopper disc. Didn't want to call them again and pay even more money. So I guess I just have a broken bathtub drain until I call a different company. The drain worked 100% fine before they did their original work. Had things been handled differently I would feel that the issue was resolved fairly. However, I believe that they should've paid the small replacement fee themselves considering it was their fault and they inconvenienced me by not reporting the broken drain during the original job. I also feel they could've done a better job of fixing it because it's still not the way it was before they originally broke it. I cannot recommend them based on these issues.

A friend and I went on a planned vacation to New England for four nights and did get some relief there. We returned home and our house in Abington was hotter than a sauna. I began calling A/C companies to see about it getting repaired. These were all good, honorable companies and to a man, they were recommending a complete replacement. Although I could have waited for a part for an old air conditioner to come and be installed, I eventually chose a new system. So, now, I got estimates for new systems. Danny D'Amore happened to be my last estimate. It was Friday and HOT. He would install it on Tuesday. Tuesday the 15th of July, just a few days after his estimate. So for almost a month of some of our HOTTEST weather, we, and our cat panted. Newly purchased box fans helped but 95 degrees is 95 degrees. Danny and his man installed the entire system and by 4 o'clock on that day we felt cool air. ABOUT DANNY D'AMORE: Fair priced for good equipment, an honest and complete line by line estimate, and non-stop work until they were finished. WOW! maybe it had been the heat we'd just been through but D'Amore HVAC just shined! We could not have asked for a better job by anyone.
