Once I left the office and got in the car, however, my teeth felt like lighting was hitting it (google "Zoom Whitening Zingers). This CONSTANT shooting pain in my mouth lasted about 10 hours, and didn't completely go away until I woke up the next day. It is probably the worst pain I've ever had. I've broken bones, had teeth pulled without novacaine, and I have tattoos on my arms and legs. The pain I felt after this procedure hurt way more than any of those experiences. I would rather get a tattoo on my eyes than experience the pain I felt again. The office did not brief me in person that this pain will be that bad. I was told on paper that "some sensitivity may occur" and that's it. The procedure took about an hour from start to finish. BUT This is a review of Artistic Dentistry, not a review of the Zoom Whitening Procedure offered by them. I felt I should include that bit about my experience with Zoom, because this is one of the most popular services offered by Artistic Dentistry. The office is very clean, and the hygienists are friendly. I am very happy with the results of my Zoom whitening. I got 14 shades lighter. If you want white teeth and can endure pain, I'd recommend Zoom from Artistic Dentistry. If you already have white teeth, or you don't like pain, don't get Zoom whitening. This procedure varies from person to person in terms of pain and sensitivity, but all the people that I've met who have got Zoom report the same pain. Women have said it feels worse than childbirth, so take that into consideration. Am I glad I got Zoom? Yes. Would I have gone through with it if I would have known how bad it would hurt afterwards? Absolutely not. I gave Artistic Dentistry 4 stars because they were very professional and provided me with the service I asked them to provide.

When they realized their error, the front desk person told me that she's "not a mind reader" and that it was my fault for not knowing when the last time I had X-rays done. I've never been disrespected by a front desk person like this before at any establishment in the past, especially while I kept my composure and professionalism. Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. I was with them for 10 years, but no more. The rest of my family has already left this dentistry over the last couple of years and I was the last one holding out. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this place, especially when there's other options in town. Don't waste your time with these folks unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and disrespected in front of other customers

Seeing that the office is 10 min from my home is a bonus! I read reviews literally for just about everything lol. The reviews on Google, Yelp and social media for this office is outstanding! I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. The lady on the phone was very kind and friendly. On the day of my appointment, I was blown away with how swanky this dental office is. The decor is beautiful, clean and the complimentary water, tea, fancy coffee they offer is thoughtful. Gina, was my hygienist and I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Mcgonigle. Gina is warm, funny and is very personable! She made my visit a delight Doctor Mcgongile is so cool and his bedside manners is excellent. I was so impressed with my visit that I told my husband and family they should stop seeing their dentist and come to Mcgonigle dental associates My husband has a fear of needles and had an terrible experience at a previous dental office. I remember sharing this with Gina and Dr. Mcgonigle and they assured they would be gentle with my husband. Fast forward to one month ago, my husband made an appointment for a cleaning as well as for a root canal. He said, the doctor was super friendly-they even struck a conversation about cars. (My husband is a car enthusiast) most importantly, my husband was not afraid of the treatment/procedure. He looks forward to his dental visits and that's because of the outstanding service he received at mcgonigle dental associates. Fast forward to my 2nd appointment for my six month cleaning and fillings. Hygenist, Gina greeted me and remembered me. She even asked about my son (great memory) which was really sweet. Once my cleaning was finished, I was greeted by Lisa E who assisted the doctor (I think her name is ashley) with my fillings. Lisa is super sweet, warm and has a good sense of humor. I don't like needles and she helped eased my anxiousness by assuring me everything will be fine and if I needed to take a break then, let her know. She let me pick out a movie to watch while I had my fillings replaced. I chose father of the bride (love that movie) my dentist, Ashley is kind, personable and down to earth. I have two flexible spending cards, and I needed to split the payment on 2 cards for today's visit. Front desk personnel, Alyssa, was able to put the invoices on the receipt so that I can properly submit the invoice to my FSA providers. She too, was very helpful and friendly!
