Poor business and poor communication. I scheduled an appointment on Monday for services on Wednesday. Wednesday arrived no call, no show, and no text. When I did a reach out surrounding my service they said I put you down for a different date but, the verification text confirmed Wednesday. Didn't accept responsibility, didn't apologize, nor tried to solve the miscommunication on their end. I called Rob to replace a leaking part where the hoses connect at the back of my Samsung washing machine. He ordered an after market part saying it would save me a lot of money. I asked what if this part fails since it isn't a Samsung part. He said if that happened he would replace it with the Samsung part at no extra cost. I paid $215. He would not give a paper receipt saying he gives online receipts, which when I received it was in the wrong amount. long story short, the part failed within an hour of being installed and my laundry room floor flooded. I called him, he ordered a replacement part and brought it to the house two days later. I asked if this was the Samsung replacement part. He said no, it was another after market part. I told him to leave since he did not live up to his part of our agreement. I want my $215 returned to me and do not recommend doing business with him. read more

I have used Worx four or five times over the last 7 years and he never ceases to amaze me. Rob is very responsive and if you provide him with basic information like your specific appliance and what the problem is, he is so knowledgeable that he usually shows up with the parts he needs before even seeing your machine. I called Rob first thing in the morning because my fridge was not working after a move to my new apartment. It's an older fridge and I wasn't sure it would be salvageable. Rob came over within a half hour and replaced a small part for a very reasonable price. He was extremely personable and explained all the mechanics to me, answering all my questions. Even when the fridge stopped making noise again the next day and I mistakenly thought it had broken down again, I called him back in a panic and he patiently explained everything to me and how the cycle works. This is the nicest, most helpful conversation I have ever had with a service provider (and I never leave reviews!). I called to ask how to improve the situation with my Bosch dishwasher because it was leaving dishes with dirt on it. Instead of immediately offering to come see the dishwasher (and charge a fee) Rob helped me for over 10 minutes on the phone with suggestions on first using cleaning tablets, the brands to use, how often to run the solution, etc. Awesome service provider! read more

15 year old Whirlpool Dryer stopped working so I checked Yelp and came up with Rob at All Heights. Called the number and he picked up personally and set an appointment with me for the next day in Agoura Hills. Showed up exactly when he said he would and got right down to business. Diagnosed the problem in less than 3 minutes (broken belt) and proceeded to check everything else once he had the machine open. Told me the mechanics behind the machinery and gave valuable advice on keeping the exhaust vent clean. Price was super reasonable and away he went in less than 45 minutes. I never imagined I'd have a "go-to" appliance repair person, but I'm so happy I do now in Rob! He is easy to schedule, prompt, honest, and fair. He replaced a pump in our dishwasher and was very clear about what was needed and what he was doing. Rob is the BEST appliance repair guy we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and quick to assess the problem. He fixed our subzero fridge that had a water leak in less than an hour after I had three other repair guys out to fix the same problem, it turned out it was a clogged tube. He also fixed a slow Freon leak that had been a problem for years. The other repairs guys wanted 3x what Rob charged us. He can fix any appliance as well as installing our water heater. I needed a new Ice Maker for my older Sub-Zero. I looked online ahead of time and the part was about $75. When i called Wilshire Appliance (the recommended vendor), they wanted to charge me $311 for the part, and $200 for installation (Installation is done in less than 8 minutes). I passed. I found Rob online. He came out on a Saturday and charged me for the part and $50 for service. Had him fix my washer, which broke the night before. $120 per appliance including parts. Thrilled. Since then, he fixed my garage fridge (on a Sunday), and one at my apartment. Truly great to find someone that will not take advantage of a situation. read more

Yesterday my husband & I heard a new and troubling sound our Bosch dishwasher was making and since we love this thing like a son, I hastened over to Yelp, San Fernando Valley edition to scout out a likely Bosch repairman. After reading down a few places, all blowing hot and cold about the services rendered I came across Rob's All Heights Appliance service and it sounded like just the right fit. Sure enough, a scant 4 hours later he arrived and quickly diagnosed both the problem and solution as well as showing my husband how to remove and clean the drain mechanism himself for future reference. Then it occurred to us that a couple of burners on our Bosch stove were not functioning as well as previously so he fixed those up too.
