I ordered Wow Bao through DoorDash from the Concord NH location, which is a Dark Kitchen operating out of Uno Chicago Grill. The menu is streamlined here which includes bowls ,(meats & rice), bao, potstickers, and dumplings, choice of a few fillings. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl ($9.99), 2 Baos ($6.99) and an 8 pack of Ginger Chicken Potstickers ($8.99). First the good, the Potstickers were steamed nicely and firm on the outside with juicy chicken filling served with soy sauce for dipping. However, the other items were eh... The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was a small portion with minimal chicken teriyaki (mushy and sweet) and white rice (firm and clumpy), similar to a frozen dinner. The Baos were firm on the outside, but the sweet dough shell was overheated and sticking to the paper. The meat fillings of pork and Mongolian beef were decent. In all, I spent close to $23 with tax for my food with a DoorDash discount, overpriced for marginal food. The food on Uno's own menu is great, but the Wow Bao here was not great. read more

Wish I could rate this as zero or minus stars. A better name would be Bow Wow - though if I had a dog I would not even feed it this food. The fried rice was less than a quarter of a cup and mostly egg. I did not try to eat it since it looked so incredibly disgusting. The buns were a complete mystery meat extravaganza. The dumpling could have been used in a handball game - so overcooked they resembled rubber balls. Nothing appealing about this ghost kitchen. Speaking of ghost my final word is "BOO!" Oh boy is this food bad. Like others, if I could give it zero stars, I would. This place is a ghost kitchen located inside Uno's. When I went in to pick up my order, I said I was there for a Bao Wow pickup. The two ladies at the front just handed over my food without a word or a smile. I don't blame them; my guess is that many people had picked up their food from the ghost kitchen and returned irate and demanding their money back after they'd opened it. I had a bowl and 2 baos. The baos were "eh". They were a good sized and they were soft, but the filling wasn't fresh. I'm willing to bet these were frozen. I only ate 1 and a half because they tasted a little funky but I was so hungry. The bowl I had was orange chicken with fried rice. It kinda smelled odd when it was still in the bag. I took it out and looked. It LITERALLY looked some someone had vomited onto fried rice. It was chunks of (alleged) chicken in a green/orange/brown/yellow sauce. Absolutely vile looking....and that was nothing compared to the smell. It smelled rancid and rotten. I put in a complaint with UberEats (who I'd ordered through) and didn't even want to take the lid off again so that I could get a photo to submit because I'd have to submit myself to the stink again, but I did. The smell was so rank, I obviously didn't eat it and dry-heaved while putting the lid back on. After tossing it in the trash in the mall parking lot, my car smells. It's supposed to rain today, but I am taking the chance and leaving my windows open so that the smell will leave. Nastiest, nastiest food experience I've ever had. read more

That was the Mongolian beef... 4.5/10... flavor was okay, meat texture was weird... like ground beef.. finely minced. BBQ pork for the second one. 2.0/10 flavor was off, like it was missing something. Overly sweet, more bread than filling. Veggie dumplings 2.0/10 the sauce that comes with it it's just soy sauce they fall apart in the filling doesn't taste very good either. I also order the famous fried rice in the amount of grease and fat that was sitting in the bottom of the container was gross. I could not eat it. What a disappointment. I literally got about half a pound of white rice with a very light drizzle sauce with some flake of herb of some sort and a couple peanuts.... That's not what I call Kung Pao chicken. I dipped a tip of a utensil into try the flavor and it's like a extreme ginger something not even close to the flavor it should be. I literally am ordering other food to be delivered now because this is not something I'm going to eat. I tried to call/find the number to call and there really isn't one - good luck finding one. wow bao in concord nh is located inside of unos, I ordered the bao which was delicious I'm usually a picky eater but it had great flavor. the teriyaki bowl was delicious it was moist and the teriyaki was perfectly cooked. the egg rolls were so good they were probably my favorite thing I got they were vey crispy. Then I got the ginger chicken pot stickers which were amazing as well. I definitely recommend just wish there were more options in the menu. read more
