This place used to be one of the best in the parish. It has definitely fell off. The ranch dressing is still good but the expensive wings are not up to par. My wing was ready to fly off the plate. Also, the micromanaging is very loud. Having to tell a young adult an open container of sauce needing to be covered with a lid for a to go order is questionable. It was my first time going to this location. I was really hungry so I ordered a 10 piece traditional with the sauce on the side. I wish I had looked at the order before I left. i honestly should have read the warnings from all of the other reviewers but my experience was just terrible. i came with one other person and we order tenders and one chicken sandwich and two full families and two police officers who all ordered more than us were served first and once we finally got our food there r was hair in it! so i would most likely leave this up to a race situation as we were the only no white people in the building. Food was decent. Waitress dropped off food and didn't see her the rest of the time. Had to get up after we was done eating for 20 MINUTES to go find her and all 3 waitresses was behind the wall playing on their phone. 6 piece tenders comes with 2 sauces and she tried to charge us for said sauces because "we didn't get the tenders tossed". Two of the five wait staff were working hard and courteous, one was an expeditor, so she was busy. One someone's food comes out 10-15 minutes after the rest of the tables because "the manager (Brooke)set it to the wrong table." So while everyone else is eating their meals your eating your fajitas set up. Drinks are great, food is ok. My husband and I have been here 3 times and each time I loved the appetizers but didn't enjoy my entree. They make a very good bloody mary and I would go back for drinks and appetizers. Service is also good, never had an empty drink. read more
