Once COVID happened, like most businesses, they were not available, and I was looking for that little gem of a place, but found out they had moved down the street and had a new owner. I was very skeptical about going because of my great experience, and it always seems that once new owners take over a business, it's just not the same anymore. Reluctantly, I decided to give it a try at the new location and with the new owner, and I am so delighted that I did. It was the absolute best decision I made for my well-being in a long time. The new place was bigger and had private rooms, unlike the last location. They even added a massage therapist to the practice. All the practitioners are genuinely nice and care about your health journeys and your health goals. Dr. Stephanie and Brad are amazing practitioners; they ask insightful questions about your health goals, offer insightful advice to help you achieve them, and always make sure you feel better after treatment. First they clearly told me they were all in network with my insurance, and then after the acupuncture session they told me my practitioner could not accept insurance, but somehow nobody knew about it beforehand. I realized too late that this place is utterly mismanaged and incompetent. The manager said it could take weeks or longer to get things straight on their end. Since they know ZERO about acupuncture, they do now know or care that it is useless to start acupuncture and then wait weeks or months for a follow-up. Then they refused to let me make a follow up appointment with any other acupuncturist that actually could actually accept my insurance. This place is shady, duplicitous, and without ethics, and I would highly recommend you stay away.
