took our Pomeranian and Yorkie for grooming last week. We have been taking them here for a very long time. Wife gets a text message from the owner stating the Yorkie was cut while cutting her hair, but was ok. When my wife picked up pets, the owner told her she would only reimburse 25% of whatever the total expense was for Yorkie vet. visit. The cut was beneath back leg and wasn't small. The total spent at vet. was $115 for exam and medication. I returned to Wow Pets Grooming with the veterinarian paperwork and the medication seeking reimbursement for a fair amount since it's something that happened to our pet while under their care. I understand that accidents can happen. However, the owner's defensive and confrontational response to the situation made an already unfortunate experience even more disappointing. Owner said she is under no obligation to issue any refunds at all and after going back and forth she finally agreed to reimbursed half the amount. She had me sign a paper to proof that she had refunded me that amount. She never apologized for the incident and said our pets are not welcome at her business anymore. Wow! that says a lot about her level of customer service and respect for our pets. From the beginning, I was disappointed that no gesture of goodwill was offered after the incident involving our Yorkie. Even a partial discount on the grooming service or some other accommodation would have demonstrated concern for what happened and helped ease the situation. On the other hand, the owner appeared to place responsibility for the incident on the dog rather than acknowledging that accidents can occur during the grooming process. From the beginning, no gesture of goodwill was offered following the incident involving our Yorkie. Instead, responsibility appeared to be placed on the dog. What was especially disappointing was that our family had been loyal customers for many years, yet that relationship did not seem to factor into how the situation was handled. We've been taking Choco (mini golden doodle) to this facility for years now and I always love how handsome he comes out looking. He gets showered, fur cut with any style you ask, nails trimmed/filed, his b*tt hole cleaned, ears cleaned, teeth brushed and some other stuff. They have different packets and prices also vary per dog size. I normally pay $60-70. Very affordable and amazing work. read more

I hardly ever leave any reviews but from start to finish this place was quick and super easy. My dog bandit is prone to seizures and whenever he has a seizure he tends to pee on himself so I needed to take him in to get a bath asap. I called wow groomers and they were able to take him in right away. I am extremely happy with the work they did on my old man bandit ! He's a chocolate lab mix that sheds so much, when I picked him up from wow groomers he smelled amazing , fully dried and hardly any shedding. I have had a problem with other grooming places over shedding him leaving scratches on his nose and the top of his head. I'm glad I found this place and taking him here from now on. Worst place ever !! My dog ended up with a fungal infection 2 weeks after grooming and the veterinarian immediately asked if my dog had been groomed within the last couple weeks. I said yes and his answer was either they don't disinfectant there equipment or your dog was NOT dried completely so beware of this so you don't end up with this expensive and awful experience!! read more

Took our two dogs to this groomer and shortly after they started scratching themselves more than usual. After a few more days of them scratching and us giving them an inspection from head to toe we started to see large areas of a rash throughout their bodies. We took them to the veterinarian and the first question they asked was if the dogs had been groomed the last couple of weeks, the answer was yes. Several hundreds of dollars later with veterinarian bill they confirmed the dogs had contracted a fungal infection from cross contamination. They mention that it was most likely caused when groomers do not consistently or properly disinfect/sanitize their pet grooming equipment or a combination of not drying thoroughly after grooming. We made it clear to the groomer that our house/property is on a cycle for pest control maintenance and that our dogs are not around any other dogs. I was more disappointed with the approach the groomer took in taking NO responsibility whatsoever. I urge you all to protect your pets and checkbook, be more diligent than I was in this circumstance in selecting a groomer based on price point. I strongly DO NOT recommend this establishment. read more

I tried to make an appointment and they responded back with availability times then I responded back with the times that they gave me and they never confirmed the appointment or texted me back saying they can go an schedule me instead they just ignored my message I think they do a good job at grooming but they need to be more professional and more attentive when it comes to making appointments with new costumers this is just how you create bad business when there is no communication! read more
