Service was great, literally had to keep updating and updating the order more than one time but they were understandable and didn't mind at all (even tho the menu is not that long but sometimes I can be indecisive lol) even added extra cheese with the grater to our fettuccine Ended up with the : -Sampler combo (meat lasagna,chicken piccata and fettuccine Alfredo) which sounded good! 10/10 -pepperoni pizza (personal size) 8/10 a little too personal/on the smaller side lol -add on salad+drink for $6. Which is a great deal imo 7/10 Caesar salad was great. Drink ughhh I just hate that all in one machine so much it's my nemesis lol. Food is great no matter what you order, and you get your money's worth, so go hungry! Service is great every time I was there with friendly workers behind the counter to take your order or take your special requests on your meal order. My special request and a favorite plate (among others) is the Eggplant Parmesan, cooked just a bit longer. I like mine a bit toasty. Ambiance is great for everyone including your little ones. They have a menu and drinks fit for all ages, including a cool drink machine which you can scroll and pick your favorite drink from many flavored sodas, Fanta drinks, teas, lemonades and my favorite, Lemon/Strawberry drink. The ambiance is friendly and have comfortable tables with booths. For children, A large gum ball machine with plastic balls filled with trinkets inside each one. At the counter the child is given a coin to put in the giant gum ball machine and turn the dial for their free toy. A very welcoming ambiance for everyone to enjoy, including seniors! Oh! Presto Pasta is a true hidden gem in Santa Clarita. I absolutely love their shrimp fettuccine (I hope that is what is called). Personally, I feel is as delicious as Olive Garden, but for a more accessible price. Esmeralda took are order. Extremely difficult to order what we had the last 10 times. The Minestrone Soup seemed to be a different recipe than before. Extremely salty and tomato taste. Not good. Had an amazing experience at Presto Pasta today. The service was amazing it was me and my wife's first time here and the staff was more than happy to help out and make suggestions. I got the fettuccine Alfredo (10/10 big props to the chefs in the back) and my wife got a Cajun shrimp pasta that was also a 10/10. Staff was welcoming and attentive the dinning area was spotless. Every time someone got up one of the staff members were up and cleaning the tables. Bathroom was also spotless. They also bake fresh cookies which is such a great sweet treat !! We have gone back a few time since my first time. This is definitely one of my kids' favorite places. I tell them, I can make cheese butter pasta at home and they said, but it doesn't taste as good! Ha! One thing I know that I can't make as well is the garlic knots. But I have to try because they are so so good! Again it's fast casual American Italian food. Please don't expect a high end gourmet meal. But it's a great family friendly place that is reasonably priced with fair portions and prices. Make sure to hit their beverage area where they have olive oil and balsamic vinegar for your bread dipping needs. They also have nice fresh lemonades that make the perfect Arnold Palmer with the tea. I come here probably once a week or so. I typically order angel hair pasta with marinara cream sauce. Its OK. The 2 things that baffle me: they serve pasta with parmesan, then come to your table and ask you if you would like parm on your dish. Why can't you just serve without if you're coming to the table to grate it anyway. (Some people like me don't like parm, or am I the only one?) Secondly, why is the garlic toast only toasted on one side? It has so much potential if toasted on both sides. And it is so weak and unappetizing toasted on only one side. What I appreciate is the offering of diffeent combinations of pasta and toppings as well as sides. Ive ordered different dishes and love the combination plates. The Chicken Piccata, Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo on a flat plate is an awesome value and delicious! Do try the zoodles (zucchini noodles) with the putanessca sauce. I appreciate that there is a Coke machine that gives a many different varieties of soda. Now as delicious as the food is, and the casual ambiance relaxing, the staff are byond friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. By the way manger SAM and staff of the Granada Hills and Santa Clarita Presto Pasta are outstanding with above and byond customer service. Sam was sincerely open to listening to my constructive comments of pasta and vegetable preparation that I hope make a difference. Sam even goes around asking diners how their food is. To the manager: I wish your staff would actually grill the chicken. It tasted and looked like boiled chicken without any seasoning. So unappetizing!! If the menu says grilled chicken, then it should be GRILLED CHICKEN. That's just laziness if you ask me. Really good food and customer service. They were very welcoming and explained the differences between all the salads they had since we were getting a combo. The girl that rang us up even asked if everything was ok during our meal which isn't typical in restaurants like this. The portion size is great for the price you pay. This could easily be a $20 meal at any other Italian restaurant. Everything felt very fresh. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the salad and the upholstery. The salad was lacking cucumbers but, I'm guessing it's premade and they just use tongs to serve it in a bowl. The seats at the booth were ripped so some remodeling could help make this place look even better than it already does. I would love to come back here if I didn't live so far away. :( read more

Not happy at all! I ordered the tortellini with "alfredo" sauce, mozzarella marinera and a Caesar salad. I know good Italian food and this is not it! The alfredo sauce tasted nothing like alfredo sauce, tasted like hot watered-down sour cream. Cesar dressing had a strong chemical taste, I don't what that was but never tasted anything like it. Our kid received a coupon for a free meal after earning an award at school, so we visited Presto Pasta. For the price and quality, this is a great place. You can't compare the prices or flavors to a high-end or sit-down Italian restaurant. For fast-food, this place is great. The prices are right and its good food. We have had the chicken piccata and cajun chicken pasta and loved both. Our kids love the pesto chicken pizza and whatever is on the kids menu. But back to the reason we were there, this Presto Pasta is SO supportive of our valley. They host all kinds of restaurant nights in conjunction with our PTA, offer the PTAs coupons, and now apparently meals for kiddos who earn awards at school. Our order was ready on time and packaged nicely. The pizza was enough for one person and was the winner of our order. The toppings were fresh and the crust was perfectly crispy. Not too heavy on the sauce and the amount of toppings was plenty. The pasta was good, just a little too heavy on the sauce for my liking. The portions on the pasta are enough for two people for sure!
