Dirty, the first time I was waxed with jasmine and came out all bruised up. 2nd time I don't remember her name but I could tell she either had no experience or just was really bad. WOW was recommend to me and I decided to give it a shot. I've had several rounds of laser hair removal, but I'm headed to the beach and I wanted to be all cleaned up before I went. I was with Amnah and she was awesome!! What I liked about her was her attention to detail. She started with my brows and then did a Brazilian. I had my first session with Victoria and I have to say, she took really good care of me! She was extremely down to earth and able to help keep me engaged in conversation, while she worked her magic. I loved her demeanor and open-mindedness. She made me feel super comfortable, which makes having a total stranger near your nether parts a whole lot easier to endure, by the way! I was at ease from the moment I called to schedule my appointment, which was just an hour prior to arriving. Everyone, from the manager to the receptionist, made sure they were very welcoming and friendly, which really means a lot to me because I'm HUGE on customer service. They seem to really appreciate their clients because they offer great incentives, such as discounts for your birthday or anniversary and even a Yelp discount when you check-in for the first time. First time guests receive 10% off, too. And if it's your birthday month, you get a discount of 20% off. Sweet! The location is easily accessible off of the northbound side of Central Expressway and Royal Lane. The actual place is very small, which was good for me. I have gone to We Only Wax for more than a year. The first time I had been a shaver for years. Chandler took a lot of time to explain that the all of the hair may not be long enough to come up and asked if I wanted to come back in a week. I ask her to please try. She worked on me more than an hour and used her tweezer all she could. She told me I could come back when the little that was left had grown out, and she would would do a FREE touch up. In the past year I have gone back many times, and they always make sure I am happy. I love the fact my results last so long now, it is so much nicer than a shave! They do a great job! read more

Didn't have an appointment but came on a weekday early afternoon and was seen immediately. Got a prevaca Brazilian wax after not having one in years and it was about as pleasant as they get. My tech was perfect talkative but not annoying, cheerful, thorough and just the right speed not rushing but not taking hours and hours. Great customer service! Waxing skills are top-notch too. All the staff are very thorough with their work! They are very strict with scheduling though. I believe you get charged a no-show fee if you're ever late. But they were very understanding and considerate when I got my period the day I was scheduled for a Brazilian wax. TMI, I know... Was in Dallas for business the week of my mandatory every five-week mostly brazilian wax. A quick google search suggested WOW and about five minutes of researching WOW reviews suggested Chandler as the best at WOW for men's brazilian waxing! Chandler truly is so awesome. So professional, taking her her time, chatting and laughing away that I just lay there and relaxed! So detail -oriented, not one stray hair was missed on the areas I requested be bald when she was done with the tweezers! People think that braz waxing has to hurt! Chandler takes such good care to not cause pain that the treatment is enjoyable. So pain free that it lead to an accident. Not to worry!
