Our old siding had definitely seen better days, and I knew I wanted Hardie siding for its durability and warranty. Learning that Alpine had just won a Hardie Award gave us extra peace of mind. We ultimately chose pre-painted James Hardie lap siding in Iron Gray with crisp Arctic White trim--a combination that completely transformed the house. Neighbors constantly compliment the new look, calling it sharp and coastal. In addition to the siding, Alpine upgraded all our windows to dark brown aluminum PGT impact windows, replaced the soffits with pre-painted white aluminum, and installed two new French doors in the back along with a new storm-resistant front entry door.
