The restaurant owner has to be one of the most humble and down to earth businessmen i have come across. He very patiently explained the items on the menu because we weren't familiar with Pakistani cuisine. The food is obviously great. This place has its grand opening this week. It's a nice and cozy family-run restaurant that is pleasant and welcoming immediately as you enter. They have a wide range of food on their menu, but the emphasis is definitely on quality meats used in platters and wraps. They also have some particularly exciting looking breakfast offerings, and I was told by their lovely staff that they intend to serve breakfast all-day. I ordered the chicken seekh kabab platter, which comes with rice and salad as well. It was excellent. The meat was properly cooked, possessed perfect moisture, and felt fresh. Its seasoning was balanced (I ordered it Mild) and the food was very filling. The ambiance is perfect for a quick bite on Telegraph, and there is seating present for those who would like to eat in the restaurant. The service is also pleasant and prompt. My friend ordered a mango lassi ( which was rlyyyyyyy good and the best mango lassi on telegraph) and although me and my other friend didn't order anything, the owner still gave us a sample of the mango lassi and the garlic masala fries. It was sooooo good, get the garlic fries their actually the best fries ever. Also everything is actually reasonably priced compared to all of the restaurants and especially the other Indian restaurants nearby. Great quick bite on Telegraph near campus. Yesterday they were handing out samples of their chicken kebab and it was extremely flavorful, delicious, and juicy. I came back today to get an egg & cheese breakfast burrito on my way to campus around 9:30. The burrito was simple but excellent and came with 2 sauces. The wait was really long as it looked like the owner was trains new cook. But it was worth it. The roll with potato patty and cucumbers and tamarind was a bit greasy and iver the top flavorful! And mango lassis are creamy and not too sweet. read more
