5 Stars - Absolutely Phenomenal Experience at Milk + Honey!…read more I walked into Milk + Honey and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a genuine "hello" that made me feel right at home. The waiting area is stunning and beautifully designed. A fantastic variety of products to browse while you wait. Kyndal welcomed me with another friendly hello and even offered me something to drink. As a first-timer, I had no idea what to expect, but from the moment we sat down for the consultation, I knew I was in great hands. Kyndal was incredibly attentive and truly listened. When I mentioned I play golf and often pull my hair back in a ponytail, she zeroed in on those details and crafted the perfect plan. I went for a bold 4-inch haircut and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire staff is top-notch, the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale, and the service is genuinely next-level. (Once it's gone, it's gone--and I'm so happy with how it's gone!) I can't recommend Kyndal enough if you're looking for an experienced, talented stylist and colorist who actually cares about your hair and your lifestyle. I'm already counting down the days until my next appointment. If you're on the fence, just go, you won't regret it! Highly, highly recommend!

The massages are fine, you get what you pay for…read more As for the 1 star. Know that when you sign a wellness agreement, you will have to move heaven and earth to cancel the auto-renewal of your agreement. Reading another user's review about how if you go in physically to cancel and the manager is not there, they will not help you - I submitted multiple emails as well as tried to go through the Massage Envy corporate channels. As they are a franchise location, it is a bust. Anyone reading my review trying to cancel their membership, know the corporate team can't cancel for you, but they will still elevate your request to the franchise manager/owner - it's still worth doing. I also emailed the email address listed in my wellness agreement: "All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to us at the above address or by email at clinic0210@massageenvy.com and will become effective ten (10) days after the cancellation request is received by us or upon your receipt of written approval by us in the event of a cancellation in accordance with (c) above. Any payments due under this Wellness Agreement prior to the cancellation effective date will be charged by us as scheduled. If you have paid in full, and your Wellness Agreement is terminated for any of the reasons identified in this paragraph, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund based on the months remaining in your Initial Term. Some state laws may provide you with additional cancellation rights." Apparently, emailing to request that you stop any auto-renewal of your membership won't be helpful, because you are technically not canceling. Not to worry, the auto-renewal clause is in the Payment Terms section. It is not vague at all. "Your Wellness Agreement will thereafter automatically renew and continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled or nonrenewed by you or terminated by us in accordance with the terms of this Wellness Agreement." Reaching out via email twice 3 months in advance as well as talking to the business manager does not meet the standard of this vague agreement language around auto renewal. Once you hear back from management, they will call you, trust me, they will not email you. They will ask you to stay, but will cancel the auto-renewal and check back in with you on the day of your final payment. Do not trust this. What that actually means is they will email you when you have completed the last membership payment and vaguely reference that you have spoken on the phone. They will not mention your cancellation request; they will not mention anything other than: "You may remember me from our conversation regarding your membership a couple of months ago when I told you I would send this email to you once your final payment was received. How have we done for the past couple of months? How are you feeling about your Wellness Program? Please feel free to give us a call back at 817-732-7200 and ask for myself or my Business Manager. If we happen to be unavailable, or if it is more convenient for you, please also feel free to reply to this email and I'd be glad to assist you further." I mistakenly took this as a cordial feedback request, now that my membership was over, and it was a courtesy email. If I had read more closely, I would have known better, but the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely reassuring. When I spoke with that same person this morning, after emailing and calling twice to ask about why I am still being charged, their recollection of our conversation went quite differently. They never promised to cancel the auto-renewal; that's not possible without a form. They can send me the form now, but the charges that have already accrued cannot be reversed. They are, get a load of this, UNABLE to refund a charge as a business. Well, isn't that interesting? I have never heard of a business that could not reverse/refund charges. Would never come here again if you paid me.

My husband recently did the blue light treatment and his procedure did not turn out well, it did not work. I attempted to do the treatment as well, and it gently worked. I had used Dr. Christine Brown in Dallas as my forever dermatologist as I was living in Waxahachie However, my husband died and I relocated and needed to find a new dermatologist for beauty and skin care and stumbled onto Warthan. The results of my blue light this week was as if I had just spent the weekend tanning on the beach. It did not work as the one that I had 20 years ago under Dr. Christine Brown my face peeled and shed a complete layer. I'm really afraid they are not using the correct medicine or machine or are not doing the pre-treatment correctly. Dr. Amelia is cute with her headband and she does answer questions politely but I really need a Dr. Frankenstein when I'm fighting my age and needing an aggressive Dr. to help try every beauty product and procedure available. I called and left a message with the nurse to try to discuss why my face is not peeling and that the procedure did not work but no return call. I believe I will try to see Dr. Warthan next time and see if changing physicians might give me better results. Online the location and the Receptionist just not the results.

I had an even longer and more detailed review written out, but I decided to go ahead and keep this…read moreshorter. DO NOT use Warthan Dermatology. All of the warnings listed here by other reviewers are true. The billing practices at Warthan dermatology are unethical (for an easy example, I was charged for a 2-3 minute phone call to receive test results). I work in the medical field myself, and it is clear to me that Warthan Dermatology only cares about making money. I have reached out multiple times (via phone calls, voicemails, emails) for months trying to get justifications from their office, and I have not received a single response. Even outside of their unjust billing practices and poor management, I was still completely disappointed in my care at Warthan. I had to have a lesion further biopsied, and I only chose to come here due to appointment availability. I wish I went where my dermatologist had recommended instead. Inappropriate comments were made during the procedure that made me very uncomfortable (I won't repeat here). I also could not see what was happening since I had to lay on my stomach, and a very LARGE amount of tissue was removed for a very TINY lesion. I did not consent to having something of this size removed, and I now have a terribly large and ugly scar. It is insanely embarrassing. My original dermatologist was also shocked by the size of the tissue taken, and she agreed it was not medically necessary. I wholeheartedly regret coming here.
