In today's market, what we as consumers REALLY want is customer service. We want to ask a question…read moreand have it answered accurately in a timely manner. I don't think that is a lot to ask. Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.

It did take a couple…read moretimes for them to figure out it was the main computer/controller (probably wrong part name) but they always stood behind their work. They had to pick it up three times, so the second and third time they did not charge me for pick up or labor. I do not blame them for not noticing the true problem right away because the cart would run great for a week or two and just stop. i.e. when they made the first repair they ran it at their shop for 3 days with no problems, same with the second time. I also couldn't give them a good description of the problem because it would randomly stop and go for no reason. Point is they stood behind their work and help me until it was fix.

We didn't rent a…read morecar for the time we were her,so we thought it would be fun to rent a golf cart for the kids. We were greeted by Gina, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The golf cart was brand new, and very fancy. Gina was very informative in explaining the operation of the cart, but more importantly, she explained the local laws to avoid gettin trouble. We rented our cart shortly after a tropical storm, and I don't know if all the water on the streets made our lights go out. We called, and they immediately responded by bringing us another cart. With the weather conditions the way they were, I am not surprised by the issue we had. Things happen, but it was very impressive on how responsive they were on helping us and switching to another cart. I firmly believe that you find out more through adversity than when things are trouble free. I highly recommend Rally By the Beach, and will definitely use them again when in Panama City Beach. These are good people who care about their product and your enjoyment!
