Everything! I have been a customer since moving here 31 years ago! In all this time I have never done a review for Cahalls!!! Shame on me! The filet mignon steaks brought me to do a review! They are the best I have had period. The grain is exceptional and the knife slides through as it would soft butter. The taste compares to no other filet. It will be worth the trip to drive from the westerly end of PCB to Cahalls for this cut of steak! Pair with the twice baked potato! My, my, heaven on earth!!! I eat here whenever I am in PC around lunch. My all time favorite is the tuna salad and the occasional Snickerdoodle cookie. Everyone here is down to earth and treats you like family! It's been about 30 years since I've been to your amazing deli. I was visiting the beach and I wanted to introduce my fiancé to Cahall's. Our visit did not disappoint. I had the same delicious chicken salad that I been unable to find anywhere else. The Reuben sandwich was described as one of the best ever. The coconut cream pie was scrumptious. I could not leave without a loaf of freshly baked sourdough bread. Wish I lived closer so I could try the many tempting desserts available. read more

Very good sandwiches. Chicken salad has changed some. I prefer the old recipe, but I get it. Twice baked potatoes are really good. They will heat up anything for you. Steaks are the bomb. We usually get the bacon wrapped steaks to cook at home on the weekends. Hard to go wrong here. Gets super busy at lunch time so plan accordingly. read more

I finally got around to stopping at this deli in Lynn Haven and ordered a turkey ruben sandwhich. I hate to say this, but it was awful. They put so much turkey on the bread was mush and the sandwich was ruined. It was an expensive sandwich, and I don't mind paying for a good meal, but I felt ripped off for the sandwich I was served. I went to this deli as it was described as also being a meat market and I was looking for a really good steak to cook for my husband's birthday. I bought a ribeye that was nice and thick and had really good flavor after we grilled it, however, ONE ribeye cost $38. If I had known it was gonna be that much I would not have purchased it. I was trying to save money by cooking in instead of going out, but I could've gotten a less expensive steak dinner that was just as tasty for a lot less than $38. However, the gentleman that waited on me was extremely nice and helpful so I applaud their customer service. They just need to drop their prices to a more reasonable amount that an average person can afford. read more

I can see why this deli has a good reputation. We ordered a submarine sandwich, chicken enchiladas, potato salad and chicken salad. Everything was way better than expected and thoroughly enjoyed. I feel like this is one of those places that deserves more than one visit to fairly review, but not knowing if/when I'll be back, here's what I experienced. A clean welcoming deli, that is much larger inside than appears from the street. I was a little after the lunch hour, so had the place to myself. Friendly service. My only disappointment, was the chicken salad. Yes, the same chicken salad that so many others claim to be the GOAT. No flavor. Odd, almost humus-like consistency. Literally some of the worst chicken salad I've ever eaten. Maybe I caught them on an off day? If there's a next time, I'll be trying something different. read more

I love the South - but this is the crap we are forced to deal with. Supposedly the best "Deli" in PCB, "Cahall's". I go in and they have a nice case and it seems legit. I get the italian sub and I notice. No slicers. Then I notice - all the cold cuts are in zip lock baggies? Then I get my sandwich and it's served on an oversized hot dog bun. Also got a pint of squash casserole. It was ok, but pricey. $7.49 for a pint size! Man I miss NY food. Not NY whatsoever - but def NY food. read more

This is a good place to get sandwiches and deserts (the banana pudding, strawberry fluff, and apple crisp are so good!). They have a small deli with meat, but for the most they seem to specialize in various premade foods. I usually go for the desert and fresh bread. read more

Cahall's is a deli and they a "Boar's Head" sign in the window. This is always a good thing and so the fact that I stopped in for breakfast was probably my mistake. While the omelet was good and the toast with it was good, it was really rather unspecial and boring. But while I sat there waiting and then eating this fresh omelet, I saw lots of fresh stuff being prepared. Salads and sandwiches being laid out, orders being taken, orders being fulfilled. All made right then and there in the deli. So I will need to have to come back here for lunch. read more

This place is awesome. If you want a very good meal that feels like it's made from home this is the place. Huge selection of food and desert. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was excellent. Wasn't too busy when we went and the service was very good. This is a spot I definitely want to go to more often. It's a great spot to grab some lunch or on your way home from work to grab dinner. Wife and I were driving home from our dogs vet and didn't feel like cooking when we got home. First of all the food is very good. We order four items from the "Hot Items by the Pound" selection to take home. - Stuffed cabbage: Probably the best I've had since my mom made it when I was a kid. - Chicken casserole: Very creamy and rich, loved it. - Broccoli with cheese: Very cheesy, however, had to spit out way too many tough chunks of broccoli stalks. Not impressed. Should have skipped that and got more chicken casserole. - Blueberry cobbler: Very Good. - Tuna Salad: I've definitely had worse. Good but not great. Pretty dang expensive ($46) for everything. They don't have the prices for these items posted in the deli so I went to their web page menu for the prices. WRONG ANSWER! Web page prices are not what they charged me. All in all the food was good. The tough broccoli cost one star and the misinformation on pricing should actually put them at 3.5 stars but that's not an option so I gave them 4. May or may not go back. read more

My wife and I were very disappointed by the food, which was overpriced and not what we expected. We ordered to-go. When I got home I realized the French Dip I ordered had no au jus for dipping. So it was just a small, roast beef sandwich with soggy bread. It cost $15.99 for that extremely mediocre sandwich with a small sized bag of original flavored chips and a pickle. That's an absurd price, frankly, for what I got. The turkey sandwich my wife ordered was also very small and had soggy bread (though their menu claims "it's huge") and cost 14.99. The side (potato egg salad and Mac and cheese) were fine and redeemed the experience somewhat. The service was friendly, and the space was clean. If I ever went back I would order only one of the many sides they offer and not bother with the sandwiches. Just wasn't worth the money for the quality or quantity.
