I called to get a car towed in my apartment complex and the person who answered the phone told me they don't tow cars in apartments unless approved by the manager and was extremely rude about it. When asking another question he hung up mid conversation. Terrible customer service read more

Dangerous driving practices by their operators. Speed limits, talking on the phone, and following distance don't seem to be their concern. It wasn't like they were in a hurry to pickup a stranded vehicle. They already had one for the proving ground loaded. read more

I don't usually bother with Yelp reviews but, was waiting on a tow for over 4 hours my insurance set up the tow and brought me on the line when they reached out to get an updated ETA. Listened in shock at the so called 'owner' claimed that I was lying about there driver not being at my house and then proceeded to cuss out the insurance agent who was helping before telling them to FK off and hung up. We had to get a different provider and to the insurance agents credit he never raised his voice and just kept trying to tell the guy that I was on the line. Worse service and most disgusting way to treat a customer I have ever seen. read more

We had gotten stuck in the mud on our way to a wedding. We had called my insurance company for roadside assistance, but hour after hour after hour no one showed up. Then we decided to call Harvey's. They were amazing. The place we were at was hard to get into, but Anthony found a way around and went out of his way to take a shortcut. We ended up only waiting about 30 minutes for tha tow compared to 3 hours with progressive! He got us out of there quickly and was very nice. We are so grateful for this company. My husband and I were stranded at Kohls yesterday when our car battery died. Our insurance company sent Harveys Way. The tow truck driver, Anthony, arrived within 10 minutes of being dispatched. Since the insurance company had estimated it would take 3 times that long for the driver to arrive, my husband had taken an Uber a mile down the road to get a new battery, but the Uber driver refused to wait and bring him back. Anthony hooked up the car, then took me down to pick up my husband before taking us home. He then offered to wait to make sure the battery worked, even though we were his last call of the day.
