if you are looking for an auto repair shop to get your car fix this is not the place. they will scam your insurence company for the money and you car will be fixed the cheapest way possible plus they will tell a date but they will keep pushing it forward untill they are done. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. they get as much money as they can from your insurance and then put used parts they said were new on your car ..... not one claim is good enough they take parts off your car that wasn't broken and call back the insurance for another claim and make it look like more money is needed to the adjuster for a their second claim "more money"..as I checked in on the completion of my car there was over sprey all over and horrible tape lines. The painted the bumper on the car without disassembly and did a horrible job taping "paint over sprayed on every plastic trim piece".. when I brought up these issues they told me their painter has a herion issue and got into a car accident and they were looking for a new painter. I again checked up on the completion of my car and the painter that "had a drug problem" was the one who painted the car. NOT ONE BUT 2 wheels were curb scratched completely. After being told they weren't the ones who damaged my wheels and they have pictures of the car arriving. Their own jaw dropped because my 2 wheels were not damaged in their arrival pictures. The bumper and hood was not fitted properly. No gaps in the hood and bumper were visibly Misaligned. Numerous and numerous amounts of issues! They also can't remember where the screws they took out goes. Every part of their performance as a shop is poor Save yourself the headache and go somewhere els. I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET OVER 7k worth of work fixed the right way after they got paid to fix my car. They say their work is lifetime guarantee. They have no idea what they're doing. It took over to months for a simple job. They have used 2nd hands parts in replacement of the broken one and they billed the insurance new pieces. They even gave me their personal numbers in case I needed to know anything or have any questions(which was great for me because I worry A LOT) My car looks AWESOME!! Brought my 2014 Honda Accord in early February, didn't get it back until mid April. Not only did it take them a long time to fix my car, they did a terrible job. If your going to take all the time in the world to do something, you might as well do it the right and proper way. Wreck n Mend did not do that. I would NOT recommending taking your car to Wreck N Mend. The manager, Jason should be fired. These guys do not know how to do work on a car. They'll also tell you your car will be ready tomorrow or the day after but when it comes to the time the car is not ready and they keep pushing the day it'll be ready. If your gonna push the date of when it'd be ready, at least do the job properly. I've had to go back there several times for mistakes that they've made on my car after taking so long with it. At one point I just got fed up and stopped going to get these mistakes fixed because it would continuously happen. This is a fairly new car - 2014 is not old. These pictures will do all the talking. They replaced my headlights - condensation and is building up in my headlight due to poor installation. The HID's they installed in my car - clearly the picture shows it wasn't installed properly. There's so many other mistakes. Please I advise you to stay clear from this body shop and do NOT think TWICE about this body shop. Terrible! read more

Price was decent and his sense of confidence convinced me when he inspected the vehicle. A week later, I brought my 2019 Ford Explorer and he fixed it in a day like 'nothing has happened before.' It is difficult to find a body shop that makes you feel as comfortable, and confident as Wreck and mend. First class the entire way... Unfortunately, like going to a doctor when you are sick-- this is one of those places you don't go to unless you need to. The staff was extremely knowledgable- and took a process that is usually exhausting, frustrating, and a times stressful - and made it a pleasurable experience built on communication, trust, and fair prices.
