My brand new 2022 Honda was in a accident with rear damage, the person that hit me insurance (Geico) took responsibility, they provided a list of Auto Body repair places covered by them and I chose this place based off of ratings, reviews, and it being close to my job. The customer Service I received from Jack Bolger when I walked in the door was Great! He made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. After they inspected my damage he reached out to explain in details, emailed me the estimate which included all parts to be replaced, cost, pictures, etc.. 9 days later my car was ready and they did an AMAZING JOB!!!! They are truly phenomenal! I hit a deer, and it damaged my car a good amount. I first found them out of proximity and their association with my insurance. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in. Brought my new 4runner in because some bubblehead hit it in the parking lot and left. Called them and they were very polite and told me to bring it right in. When i went there everyone was wearing gloves and mask which was very impressive. I got a quote on the work and it was explained to me. I was also told it would be ready in two days. And guess what? They called me and It was ready in two days, the work was perfect, the paint match was spot on and the price was what i was quoted. On top of that they detailed the whole truck. Be carful. Go over your whole car carefully if you bring it here. They had to Re do my car three times after they repaired it. After I brought it home I noticed interior parts missing. I brought it back to show them and they said they don't have the parts but they would get them for me at a discount from the dealership. Never owning up to the fact that they wear removed at the shop. read more

It's not like I know what to do when I get into a car accident (seldom happens to me), but this family owned business was very helpful in explaining the process; and working with the insurance. Then they made my car look showroom new! They offered to pick me up when the car was ready. When I picked up my car, they gave me copies of all the invoices for the new parts.They matched the paint perfectly. CIA offers a lifetime guarantee on their work. A part of my car was stolen and I had to go through them because they were a preferred mechanic of GEICO. Throughout the entire process they were friendly and courteous. The part they needed to replace took the next business day to arrive. They would constantly update me about the shipment and progress. During that time GEICO fitted me with a loaner. The good thing was that their shop is an enterprise location. The only reason I took a star off is when I went to pick up my car. I signed all the paper work from them and GEICO and was ready to be handed my keys to the car. However, it turns out that they left my car unlocked with the keys hanging behind the rear view mirror. That would be okay if it was a private lot that was gated. However, the lot they use during the day is public lot that anyone can park in. Sure, they have staff members back working on other cars back there but the fact that they didnt keep the keys in the office and decided to leave my car unlocked was concerning. read more

Center Island Autobody just completed work on my vehicle. The job was completed ahead of schedule and virtually perfectly. My car has a pearl paint metallic finish that is extremely difficult to replicate and they did a great job with it. I can not tell the difference between the factory paint and the newly applied paint. They returned the car spotless. Very good business to deal with...definitely recommended. read more
