I was so shaken up having my toddler in the car- I haven't been in an accident since I was 16?! Someone came out and helped me get it together. Got my car over to the shop. They called my insurance, filed the claim, got me a rental car all within an hour. Over the course of the claim they worked with my insurance (who wanted to total it) to come to an agreement to fix it. Once the parts were ordered I had the car back in about a week. It was fully detailed and hasn't been this clean since the day I got it (kids are gross). Everyone at final touch was so caring and helpful I can't recommend them enough. Accidents are terrible but they made it so much simpler and I will be using them for everything going forward.
