The rooms are so very creative and put together quite astoundingly. During my last visit not only did the associates talk about their rooms, but recommended some other escape room places as well. This is amazing, the fact that this group of people are in the same business competing, but can appreciate each other's rooms and still give a great word for them. The rooms are insane. Some of the clues to help solve the locks are beyond creative. The ideas, stories, clues, and all around creation is unreal. I have personally done the jail and upside down room. The jail room has an amazing way for you and your group to work together, while some little clues you over turn without even thinking about. My group broke out with only seconds to spare. The Upside down room fully immerses you into the stranger things concepts. The escapees did not have to see the show for this room to be fun. Nor did you need the knowledge of the show to find clues or solve anything, it just adds fun references to enhance the experience. My group closed the portal with around 12 minutes left. We had such a great experience at The Wreck Room Escape Game! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and set the tone for a fun adventure. The rooms are creative, immersive, and full of clever puzzles that flow really well. It never felt random or forced--everything tied into the theme perfectly. We tried The Mummy's Tomb and it honestly felt like stepping right into a movie scene. The attention to detail in the design made the whole experience feel exciting and unique. Price-wise, it's very reasonable compared to other escape rooms--$30 per person, with private rooms included. For the quality of the puzzles, the atmosphere, and the overall fun, I thought it was worth every penny. I'd absolutely recommend The Wreck Room for families, groups of friends, or team outings. It's one of the most fun as a first time goer and I can't wait to go back and try another theme! read more

My daughters wanted to go to an escape room for their birthday, and The Wreck Room was thankfully in my part of town. I was the only one in our group who hadn't been to one before, so didn't know what to expect. We were met by Shane and Rachel with a smile and enthusiasm, and Rachel walked our group through the scenario and what we would encounter. I was surprised at the number of puzzles that we had to solve, and work that went in to setting up the room. We escaped the room with a couple of minutes to spare and a couple of hints. Our hosts were just as enthusiastic after our hour in the room as when we started. Hopefully we will make it back to experience the other rooms that they have set up. This was our first escape room and something our family has been looking forward to. We had so much fun!! We did the Upside Down room and just loved it, everything was thought out so well. Our kids (they are 11) dove right in and we all worked together, and I am happy to say we made it out with a whopping 42 seconds to spare. The owner Shane is very friendly and professional. He runs a clean, comfortable and welcoming business. We will be coming back to do the other rooms and will be bringing a couple of our kid's friends along for the next one. WOW! I have done a handful of escape rooms and the Upside Down room at Wreck Room was the best one yet! So much detail and thought has gone into the design. It was so much fun for my family. I loved that we had the room to ourselves and not placed in a room with strangers. That made it such a better experience. Shane gave us help when we asked, and we did need help because the room is challenging. It has added surprises too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms. If you are looking for a fun experience with family or friends, you have to try the Wreck room. It is worth so worth the price!!! read more

Best experience ever! We decided to do a family escape room when the in-laws were in town. We range from 9-65 years old and everyone had a blast. We solve the puzzle so of course that made our time even sweeter but the wreck room facility was neat, clean, and very inviting and the STAFF were amazing! Fun friendly engaging and super helpful. We did the room called the upside down and it was literally like stepping into a scene from a very popular sow *wink wink* if you are looking for something fun to do I highly recommend booking at the wreck room. The escape rooms maintain a great balance between an immersive experience on the one hand and challenging and creative puzzles on the other. The puzzles are unique from one another rather than being variations on a theme. There is somewhat of a linear path to solving the rooms so they are not wide open, but they are not purely linear and different people in the group can work on different puzzles at the same time. We started with the Mummy's Tomb, and enjoyed it so much that we had to come back for the Area 51, which we enjoyed even more. read more

My friends and I had such an awesome and fun experience here! We were able to come out and do The Mummy Tomb and we loved it! The puzzles were so well thought out and extremely well put together! The room was beautifully designed and showed amazing creativity and craftsmanship. We have already booked our next room there and can't wait to go! Went there last Saturday with my sister and our family friend. The Wreck Room Escape Game was a blast. This lovely young couple opened one of the first escape rooms in the area, and being my first time in an escape room, I absolutely love it! I can't wait to go again! We did two escape rooms at Wreck and it was genuinely such an amazing experience. We got a recommendation from a different escape room place to do the Stranger Things room (and we LOVE Stranger Things) and it did not disappoint in the slightest. It felt as if we were truly in the show. Then we of course had to do another one and The Mummy was absolutely AMAZING. My family and I have done our fair share of escape rooms around Denver, and I have to say that Wreck Room is one of my favorites! Shane was not only a fantastic host, but the actual experience was amazing. The room we chose, The Upside Down, was incredibly well organized, and every clue made sense (which is definitely not the case at every escape room). My family and i came here for some cousin bonding time and my boyfriends birthday. We ended up having so much fun in the first room, that we did the other one right after because luckily enough no one had booked it! The jail break was unique because they split us up into teams and we got to see how well our family communicates! Shane was also extremely helpful and fun!!! I've completed the current three escape rooms here and I have to say, this is the best escape room venue I've been to! (I have been to at least five others.) The rooms are so immersive and each one has their own surprises. I'm looking forward to doing some again because the owner (who is really friendly and obviously has so much fun with his job) said he'll update and make changes to the rooms, so it will be a new experience. read more

I highly recommend the wreck room! It was so much fun, I went with close family we started by doing the mummy's tomb unfortunately we did not escape! We ended up having so much fun in the first room that we decided to then do Area 51! Rachel and Shane were so helpful we had them both as hosts they helped us work through the rooms and we were shocked to find out they created all of those rooms!! At first I was underwhelmed... Hard to find, limited signage, going up an old dirty cement stairwell to find it, in an unassuming office space etc etc... Even the start of the room was seeming meh...BUT!!! As the time and puzzles ticked away it got more and more interesting, challenging, clever and downright entertaining. Best room we've done yet (we did tomb...heard the others are just as good) keep up the good work!!! read more

This was our first escape room and we picked Jail Break for our party of 8. While we where initially separated in different rooms to start the goal was to get into the same room and solve the puzzle all while attempting to work together. This was well thought out and a fun and somewhat stressful game as the clock keeps ticking. Shane was very kind and made our experience one to remember. read more

LOVE this place! My friend and I have done all three of the rooms that they currently have and loved them all! The rooms are very well-themed with a diverse set of puzzles that will keep you entertained. The clue masters were great at giving hints rather than ruining things by telling you what to do.
