This is the most handicapped unaccessible building around. The doctors and or their staff park in…read morethe driveway where the ramp is and it is close to impossible to get someone in a walker or wheelchair out. If you try to park in the street then there is a slightly steep driveway that you would have to push someone up in a wheelchair or if someone is in a walker it could be very challenging. There were throw rugs here and there which could cause trip hazards as you go out the door toward the ramp. Dr. Naude however is a delightful man and was very patient and kind with my mother. The three stars are for the building and the inaccessibility to get to the ramp due to the employees parking too close to it so that it is unaccessible or very difficult at best.

She has been SO compassionate and doing everything she absolutely can for me to get better. She finally found a medication that is showing great results after years of different meds that never worked, I only got worse. This new med is showing improvement with every dose. Unfortunately it's very difficult to get coverage for the medication and Maggie is going above and beyond for me to stay on this course of treatment that's actually working! Since the improvement, she has also been able to start treating my alopecia which is so huge! The office staff and billing department at this facility are easily some of the rudest, most…read moreunprofessional people I have ever dealt with. ​If you have an issue, don't expect help. The front desk gives you the run-around and forces you to call other numbers rather than taking ownership and solving the problem. To make matters worse, the office/billing manager is incredibly condescending. ​The tipping point was being charged a "missed appointment fee" for an error they made. When they called to confirm my insurance info, they explicitly told me verbally that my appointment was on Tuesday. When I showed up/followed up, they claimed it was a different day and slapped me with a fee for their own mistake. ​The incompetence doesn't stop there. They refused to deal with my secondary insurance, ignoring the clear instructions on the card because they didn't want to do their part and contact them. ​As for the actual medical care, it's a joke. They spend about five minutes with you just to rush you out with a basic Walmart formulary prescription. They clearly prioritize high patient turnover over quality care and basic respect. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually knows how to run an office.
