On top of that chaos, causing us lost time, money and effort for days, he put in the inspection report that our property needed landscaping! I've bought and sold several properties, never seeing that finding- particularly when we do have landscaping already. I guess our plant types and placement weren't to this inspector's liking!? At least as sellers we didn't have to pay for his inspection. I'd never hire this inspector.
