I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I'm sincerely happy for those who were able to get some pain relief, but do not understand how the same facility offered such abysmal service and neglect. Bless your heart Christy.

I felt like this was the bargain bin of chiropractic medicine, but it was all I could afford and I was in pain. It wasn't until I got insurance and checked out places I thought were more reputable that I realized how good these guys really are. What to expect: Because it's walk-in only, expect a short wait during peak times of the day - especially late afternoon when all their "bank hours" competitors have already turned off the lights. Assuming your paperwork on file is up-to-date, your name gets called and they pretty immediately get down to business. There's no cuddling afterwards, they're going to treat you, quickly communicate what you should be doing until your next visit, then get you out of the damn way so they can help their next patient be pain free. Competitors are mostly like any typical doctor's office visit where you wait in a waiting room for an unreasonable amount of time, get your name called where you go back into a different room to sit and wait, then eventually speak to someone face to face that is qualified to help you. In my experience, even without insurance, it's probably cheaper and you'll usually be seen quicker than you would with an appointment scheduled well in advance with a competitor. The joint isn't simply "different", it's BETTER.

In fact I called back apparently manager manages many place and can't be bothered to contact customers. I've called corporate regarding this chiropractor and this manager who is not actually managing the situation Redux: I received no phone call from the manager of this location, even though I had left my details. When I was at the airport, I left a message and was almost immediately called back. I let the woman know who called me that I would be on a plane for four hours, but I would be available all day Friday and through the weekend she assured me the manager would call me. I have no missed calls and no messages from this joint clinic. I am definitely going to call corporate on Monday. Since I travel to Texas quite a bit, I went to come back to the place. I left the five star review for only to find different doctors and the worst experience I've had at the joint since I joined the membership. I had fallen asleep on the airplane on the way out here and had a pretty stiff neck . My neck, wrist, SI and upper back adjust easily however Doctor Molly Camelo was the most ineffective doctor I have met in the chiropractic field. It was very telling when she could not adjust my wrists I can adjust my own wrist by just flagging my arm and that she could not even get that done. just shows how little touch and feel she has for this job. I felt like she became frustrated and just kept hitting the adjustments harder and harder, but with no feel I had no adjustment in my back wrist or SI. I only had one crack in my neck when I usually get two on one side and five on the other. I feel like the joint should look at this doctor more closely to decide if she is really suited for this brand I asked the receptionist where the nearest joint other than this location and ended up coming over to the Glade Park joint off of Highway 121. Just had a phenomenal adjustment by DrBryan Tilghman. He was able to adjust everything mentioned above, and I will definitely be back to see him as I am in town at least every two months. I would not recommend this location considering the experience. I highly recommend a foreman highway 121 Glade Park location
